Best buy always has great selection of cards for everything. This allows you not you to put your credit card in system. Buy cards easy to give as gifts or use yourself and buy what you want and gift person does not have to guess.

With all the security breaches these days, is your credit card info really safe? I use these so I don't have to provide my credit card info. Makes me feel a bit more confident buying content on Microsoft store

great for gifts. my son uses xbox money constantly for FIFA and Madden/MLB. Digital cards have more amount options physical cards are very limited

Xbox cards are needed to purchase games or upgrades online. Buying them from BestBuy is always easy. They are big enough that there are registers available, and I have never had any problems. Cards are activated, and cash value is accurate.

Love getting Xbox cards instead of buying the physical game. My son and I can share the game. Probably wouldn't play Xbox at all if we couldn't share a game. Always have it on account. Don't worry about losing it, breaking it.

I always get the gift cards for added security. This card provides protection from having your credit/debt card online with all of the video game consoles being hacked, I feel safer having a gift card number so I don't have to worry about that.

If you just want to add a certain amount to your Xbox Live account but don't want to use the Credit or PayPal options on the console itself or just need to give a gift or allowance to another person. Then this just might be what your looking for.

Never got the purpose of these things until recently. My son makes in game purchases on Xbox live regularly. After his account was hacked and debit card used to make $300+ worth of add-ons, these are so wonderful to have.
