    Very Dissapointed with Sales info

I went to purchase a game system for my househould. Told the sales person that I would like to play games, and be able to watch netflix movies. Indicated that I had an old x-box with many of the old games. I was told X-box 360 would play my old games, and watch Net Flix. Purchased the 360 connect 4gb. It was more expensive than the Wii or Play station option, but using old games was good and would do what we wanted. Got it home found out that it would not play the older games UNLESS you bought the expanded Memory ... ($100+ extra cost. ) Bought the memory, then the free X-box gold membership expired, and now could not watch Netflix any longer. ($9.99 a month or $59.99 a year). what made it worse is that I was offered the X-box Gold memberhip when purchasing for $20 LESS and told for online gaming..No mention of nETFLIX NEEDING IT TILL NOW.

    Piece of junk

This is a piece of junk. I bought the 4 Gig version and setup seemed to work fine. However, when it was time to play games, the Xbox kept saying "open tray." when I inserted a kinect game it said, "reading" then after a few minutes went right back to "open tray." I tried several kinect games and had the same problem with every game. I tried a DVD and it would not read. I called Microsoft and they spent 20 minutes with me to confirm that it was a piece of junk. Very disappointing that a brand new unit would not work at all. I never had this problem with any other manufacturer from Sony to Nintendo, etc. i guess i will exchange for a new unit but wanted to add my negative feedback to keep the ratings realistic.

    Broke quickly

It started off bad, then got worse. The disk drive was broken and when I called customer service they asked me if I had kicked it! Yea, I kicked a brand new Xbox... They then asked me if it was on a sturdy surface, tile on foundation level. They said they have never had a system with a disk drive problem, probably because they blame the customer, but when the customer has not moved it since the first day (I played only one game) it could not possibly be the customer's fault. I had to go to Best Buy to exchange it and that was easy, but a pain in the butt...

    Don't Buy This Bundle!!!!

Hello, If your thinking its a great buy....think again!!!! What they don't tell you is that you have to buy the kinect power cord seperate(Does Not Come With BUNDLE) this cable retails for $60 and retailers won't take it back if the box has been opened. Also for you Xbox Live Fans....you get an xbox live headset either with this bundle and that costs $30....When its all said and done you would have paid $389.00 just for your system to work out of the box. You will save money just buying everything seperate.

Microsoft hides free items behind a yearly surcharge fee that you can get for free with your PC and Ps3.They have ruined the dash by trying to integrate Kinect and the new windows 8 phone look and made it AD infested and confusing. Why are there ads when you have a paid subscription fee???When you don't have ads on Ps3 and there is no subscription fee??High Def is sub par at best.Sound quality is sub par.Steer clear of the xbox 360 systems all together.Go get a Ps3

4 GB Hard drive sounds good in theory, but as soon as you play any games on Live, you are unexpectedly unable to use some modes. It will say that the user doesn't have an available hard drive to use. Spring for the bigger model. Also, it doesn't seem that the wireless works as well as the old snap on wifi nodules for the white xboxes.

    Xbox 360

I bought the Xbox three years ago and it died 14 months later. (Just after the one year warranty expired). I called Microsoft and they told me I was basically out of luck, I had "error 74". Microsoft later extended the warranty to 3 years on this error but apparently never told anyone unless you happened to call them back. I've had a great experience with the "Nintendo Wii" ever since. Good luck.

    Disappointed with Kinect

Kinect is not responsive. One of the reasons I bought Xbox was to play Netflix streaming movies. But I found that you need to be an Gold subscription (costs $50 a year) to simply use Netflix application. Having already paid Netflix, it is difficult to explain this extra charge. Games included are really really bad. Returned it back. Not the best gift this Christmas Season.

I found out after the fact the 4gb version can not play old Xbox games even if they are approved for other 360 devices. This is due to the fact that the 4gb drive is not referencable where the older 360 drives were. I believe the 250gb 360s will work but you should check. I asked Microsoft via email to customer service and got a vanilla response.

ok everyone if your considering geting this xbox, please consider the memory. i have one the first generation of xbox with 60g and it cost for about the same. 4g is not enough if ur a gamer and u wont be able to get many demos, videos or anything. consider paying $100 more for the 250g xbox. is a better buy then this

IM not a big fan of Kinect, based upon the E3 showing of it and all the videos of the ''gameplay''.. ALl look staged and recorded, its pretty obvious it was too... So unless they actually have 1 to 1 gameplay and actually decent games that come out, instead of Wii sports knock offs,, i'lll stick to my current 360

This product does not meet the standards that I have come to expect from both Best Buy and Microsoft. The configuration has way to low memory and it overheats quickly....

    Don't even bother. It's a waste of a system when it's only 4G.
