This controller is excellent. Very comfortable in the hands, with excellent weight distribution and balance. It's easily my go to controller. It has tons of customization options that can be removed if you don't want them to get in the way while doing something simple, like watching movies, or playing light games. The one drawback is it doesn't come with a rechargeable battery by default. The batteries that come packed in are high quality and last a long time, but you'll definitely want to get your own AA Lithium Ions in there when those run out.

Pretty great controller overall, love the metal bits on the controller. Love the matte shell. Microsoft did a great job on this controller. Definately my favorite controller out of the four I own.

This is the best video game controller I have ever used. I like how that it has a nice rubber grip, has inter changed d pad controls and thumbsticks. I would recommend this to any Xbox one owner.

There are many possibilities with this controller. Being able to customize the buttons and add paddles give you the ability to really change and enhance your gameplay. I honestly don't know if I'm able to really take advantage of all this thing can do.

I have been using Scuf controllers for years now. I had 2 for the 360, and I have 2 for the Xbox One. That being said I was skeptical if this controller was worth the extra money. The biggest selling point for me was the 2 custom controller configurations at the switch of a button. The analog sticks are extremely smooth on this controller, so strafing and movement in general is great. Trigger stops are great if you are used to the Scuf controllers, but these can be turned on or off within seconds. Well worth the money if you can get one of these.

Feels great in the hands, nice heavy weight and useful additions, however use with a pc is limited since the program to set it up doesn’t work, but other than that it’s perfect

Premium price for a premium feel. I am not a pro gamer but I still bought one just for the feel of the controller and options and capabilities. If you have the extra money I would def recommend.

I was hesitant about spending the $150 on this controller, but being a hardcore gamer this is by far the best purchase I have made for my Xbox One system. Great build quality and great functions

I was skeptical about the remote, but I got the opportunity to hold one a few weeks back and it changed everthing. I haven't gotten through fully understanding the best the button and paddle remapping for various games, but the trigger stops help for speed. I did notice that in battlefield 1, some weapons wouldn't fire due to the the trigger stops. No complaints at all. I wouldn't recommend this to any person who believes that they'll become a better gamer instantly with this remote. It takes a little time to get used to. This I believe holds up to the scuff controllers as far as the trigger stops, analog stick heights and paddles.

This controller really gave me the upper hand. I play better. My reaction time increased and the weight of the controller helps in stability because I have yet to drop it. The material makes it feel luxurious and reliable because it adds grip to your hands so you can game better. Everything about this controller is amazing. I wonder why I chose to buy it until now. The best part is that it will be compatible with the Xbox One X!

If you have the means, this is the best controller I have ever put in the palms of my hands and I have been playing video games since 1984 religiously. I can't recommend this product enough.

This controller is an incredible way for FPS gamers to get an edge on their opponents. The build quality is incredible, see if you can hold one before you make your purchase!

Do not hesitate buying this product. It feels great in your hands and really is high quality. It is weighted better than the regular controllers and really feels well built. The price is steep, but it is worth every penny. You can customize the buttons and the ability to switch out joysticks and d-pads on the fly is welcome. A great controller. I loved it so much I bought two of them, so I could play one while the other is charging.

If you can get it (was once in short supply) grab it. Very weighty which I love and lots of customization. Still be careful with water. I used a damp disinfecting wipe a little long on an area and it has bubbled up due to the glue but it's limited at this point. The love/hate of elite controller fans.

I use this for my PC, and don't regret paying the high price at all. It's great that it's customizable, and its comfortable for long playing sessions. Definitely recommend this controller.

First - yes, this is expensive. The new Xbox One Elite Controller is a gamepad with customization that’s quite the upgrade over the regular wireless controller. It’s primarily aimed at the seriously competitive gamer, and like minute handling in their controls. The software customization options, and the hardware touches, make this a must have. Once you use it for any extended period of time, you will find yourself grabbing a second!

This controller requires a short adjustment period. At first I was debating whether it was a necessary purchase and I even considered taking it back. I decided to give it a day or two. Ultimately I have grown to love the controller and realized just how useful customizing the controller really is. I can;t see myself not using this now. If you can take the plunge and give it a few days. You'll never want to go back to the regular controller.

Bought it for my son and he loves it. More accurate and feels better. He does not use the trigger locks or options controls. just what should have been shipped with the XBOX to begin with.
