Product is great and use it everyday recommend to everyone. Get the warranty though all my friends have had stuff break on it.

This controller takes customization and skill to a whole new level, from the hair trigger options to the freely customizable buttons. I bought mine to better compete in online multiplayer. While it's been difficult to adjust it was well worth the money.

The Elite is a really great controller to feel in your hands. I found mapping buttons to the paddles can really help in shooters so you can do things like crouch while still aiming. The main issue is using more than 2 is really awkward to hold as it's easy to press them by accident, so I recommend removing 2 unless you can master it.

Purchased one of these elites and let me say I don’t want to go back to the old controller. The only mod done to the controller is the right analog stick for faster turning and paddles used for firing the weapon. Amazing

Ability to use paddles on back without lifting thumbs gives an unfair advantage for me.

I needed a bit of an edge, some way to make a particular button scheme more playable for me. The Elite controller was, in the end, my best choice. It's a good price and has endless ways to customize the layouts. I went with this controller over others due to the fact that there is a native app within the Xbox to customize it. I do love the controller, however I gave it 4 stars for a couple of reasons. 1) The app inside the xbox gives me fits sometimes and forgets or renames my button schemes. 2) With two additional paddles under the controller (as opposed to one on each side like other controllers) it is almost impossible to hold comfortably for any amount of time. 3) the under controller paddles are large and EXTREMELY sensitive. You end up doing things you don't intended because of it. I ended up just using one additional paddle on the bottom to make it more comfortable to hold an useable. I'm told that you get used to it, but with the two paddles I was playing horribly and just couldn't do it for more than a few days. I do like it, and I will keep using it. Hopefully soon I will try the second button set again to see if I can handle it better. If I can I will come back and revise my 'complaints' as an update.

Dont get me wrong, this controller is the best controller ever made for any system BUT...Within a couple of months of a lot of use two things happened. The middle started to come undone and apart. The left side of the controller (the rubber part) also started to come apart and stick out from the side. If you buy this GET the product replacement plan.

I believe that the controller worked as good as any other controller. Yes the pedals are nice touch but I was originally under the impression that you could set each pedal to replicate any button on the controller you wanted to and including the directional pad and sticks. Unfortunately I was wrong. What makes it more unfortunate is that was the entire reason I purchased it. The controller is also a bit heavy.

love thus controller. had i known how good it feels when gaming, i would have purchased one a long time ago. must get the 2 year warranty, its a pricy controller. will be perfect compliment to the coming XB1X

Since using this controller the paddles make a huge difference. I won’t use any other Xbox controller as the paddles make holding the controller more comfortable as I set the paddles to RT RB LT LB so my fingers don’t have to sit on the top of the controller.

Once I’ve gotten used to the paddles underneath....love it. Also like the shorter trigger pull optiOn. Don’t see the validity of negative reviews about build quality. It’s seemingly more rugged than any console controller I’ve used. Pricey, but I’m diggin it

This controller is great addition for an elite Xbox player. It is a little heavier and does take a little getting used to one you do it makes a huge difference. The customization features are awesome and makes a huge difference on Fortnite and overwatch.

This is a premium product. The construction is fantastic, the learning curve takes a little while.

Absolutely loved this controller, it gave me about 1000hours before it failed, at around 200hours the rubber on the grips started to fail but it wasn’t a problem for me. Definitely the best controller on the market.

Lots of built in features, Microsoft got it right with this one and for them that's saying a lot.

I bought this laptop to replace broken one. I feel it is a good price and fits the needs for her.

I was skeptical at purchasing a $150 controller. I am no longer. Between the hair triggers, the accurate sticks and buttons this makes game sessions fun. Add on the under triggers and you have an awesome control that makes the price justified. Buy this you won't regret the purchase.

Nice grips and nice weight on the contoller, NO wireless battery

Although I don’t play Xbox and have no clue how the controls work, my son showed me how he can add things to this controller and change some things, it comes with the extra pieces you add and a case, he loves it, it was spendy but he says it’s worth the money
