This is an awful tv! It is the worst purchase I’ve made in my 45 years of life! I so wish I could have my $1,100 back as I could really use it and I wish I had kept my cheap $300 tv. I’ll never buy an expensive tv again, especially a Samsung!! The included photo is of three people but it sure doesn’t look like it.

Recently, I had to purchase a new TV...I REALLY wanted another Samsung TV, because of their quality and ease of use...So i ordered one and it was sent damaged and defective... I went round and round with their crappy customer service to send it back.... So, i started looking at other brands, never had an LG TV before and after my horrible experience with samsung, I was quite hesitant to buy from an unknown product... After, many hours of doing research, I stumbled upon this TV, it was half the price of the previous samsung 1 I had just returned....So i purchased it with extreme hesitation, had it delivered within a day or 2. This TV is soooo amazing!!! Its better than any TV I've had before!! The picture quantity is so vivid and eye-popping it makes older movies look like they were just released! Watch Jurassic Park and you'll see what I mean. The sound without any sound bar or speakers is the best I've heard in years!! I usually have to turn my other TV's up to 40 or louder to hear, not this unit, at 12 its so loud and I hear sounds I normally wouldn't hear from other TV's!! I love everything, well, almost everything, about my new LG, except the dang remote! The remote is soo cumbersome and it's very hard to use or find the volume adjustment...since it has no light display on it makes it difficult to find other buttons as well. Video Games are also so much brighter and more vibrant than most other TV'S I've had in the past...and here is where the sound quality makes a huge difference! I am able to hear unique sounds that i wouldn't hear on my older TV...! I've had my TV for about 3 months now and LOVE it sooo much! One of the best decisions I've made on electronics! 9.9 rating (remote is garbage)
