    The code was never emailed. After hours on the phone waiting to get a new email sent they hung up on us. They would not allow return. Terrible customer service - total waste of money and time.

    Purchased for my grandson. He was overjoyed to receive as a xmas present for his xbox!! Allows him to play unlimited games with a 3 mth access!!! Very easy to use and activate, as he done so on his own....he's 9 years old!!

    It’s hard to balance all of these games while still playing switch 2 and Ps5. However, I get the Fortnite pass, COD, and so many great titles so even though it’s expensive, it does seem worth it.
