Whether you are an avid gamer (have a year-round Xbox Live subscription) or are looking for a nice gift for a gamer close to you, there's no reason not to purchase a 12-month Gold Membership card. I was able to purchase one at a substantial discount when I recently purchased my Xbox One, and it was definitely worth it. I will be saving my card until my existing subscription expires in a few months.

The sale price on this pass was perfect. I was able to purchase this pass in one state and have the recipient pick it up in another. I was even able to connect with that store and speak to very helpful Best Buy representative who was most helpful. The pass will allow 12 months of gaming and access to streaming platforms such as Netflix. I will absolutely purchase another once this one has expired.

I was never an Xbox Live person in the past because I don't play online games that much ,but now I love Live because not only can you play online games but you have a ton of apps that let you watch shows movies or check sports scores. You also get the choice to download 1 or 2 free games each month. Live is better than ever and I'm having a great time with it .

Works every time with ease. All you need to do is gently scratch off the grayish silver strip on the back with a coin and enter the numbers and letters under where it says redeem code and the xbox automatically recognizes that it's 12month subscription for xbox live Gold. Also it's good for both xbox 360 & xbox one so you don't have to buy it twice.

I delayed getting this because I thought that I would not get my money's worth out of it, but I was wrong! We have totally enjoyed having this, and wish we had bought it sooner. Several of the games that we have been able to download for free by having this have become family favorites, and that's just one of the benefits..!

Easy to use, better value versus the 3 month card.

Got this for my husband and he LOVES it. I'm not as much of a fan considering this gift has pushed him into a realm of addictive gaming where he knows not the time or the happenings of the real world. But if one were to apply logical reasoning, he loves this membership, I love him, so I too must love this membership.

I was amazed as to how many different games you can use and team up with his friends. He even access his best friends in Puerto Rico and Atlanta., Georgia. He can play for hours and communicate with such ease that I would not ever imagine that it was possible to do. I definitely will buy him the membership next year.

If you own a Xbox, you got to get Xbox Live. Playing online is the way to go. Renewal card is easy to use. The directions on the back of the card walk you through how to use the code. Only thing easier would be if they were able to incorporate a QR code for the Kinect to read it vs. typing in the 25 character code.

If you own a Xbox One console, you definitely need to buy Xbox Gold membership to truly get the most out of your gaming system. A 12-month Gold membership game free with my gaming console bundle. Without it, I would not be able to play online with other users. That alone makes it essential in my book.
