First, I'll say READ the other reviews and be prepared!!!! I'd never, ever, buy this brand from anyone other than Best Buy, because I knew they would eventually make this right! I already had Geek Squad coverage, thankfully, which helped. This was a much desired Christmas present for my teen son. After reading so much here about the HORRIBLE lack of quality control for this IBuyPower brand, and knowing this happened to be the only one currently in stock when I bought it on Cyber Monday, I went in eyes wide open. I was hoping for the best, as the system itself does indeed kick butt once you can actually get one that has been properly assembled. I purposely made a Geek Squad appointment for the day I intended to pick up my purchase. I wanted them to open it, and check it, for all the issues others here had reported. First thing upon picking it up, I noticed that it had already been opened previously and retaped. (Here's where I'll jump on my 'shame on you Best Buy' soapbox. As it turned out this one was likely a return, and for a good reason. It never should have been made available for someone else to buy, in my opinion.) So the young man helped me double check everything inside the tower. He did indeed find a common complaint from other reviews--a fan was not connected to the motherboard. He sadly only 'eyeballed' the motherboard placement, rather than attempting to plug anything into it. A big mistake in hindsight. On Christmas morning I discovered that, like many others had stated in their reviews, our cables would not plug in because the motherboard was misaligned. The whole reason for the pre Christmas visit to Geek Squad was to assure that this was plug in ready on the big day, but sadly it was not. Needless to say, I had a very disappointed young man on my hands. So I immediately booked online a Geek Squad appointment for 12/26/2019. The website said there were "a few" in stock at that time, so I had hoped to just exchange it. My 20 minute appointment ended up being 1:40 minutes long, because they went to unbox another brand new unit and it too had the exact same issue! There was only one more available in store, so they got it out and thankfully it was fine. It's been up and running 3 weeks now, and my son loves it. Our only issue now it that it simply refuses to run a certain Xbox game that he loves. It worked for one day, but thereafter was super glitchy and after hours on the phone with microsoft it remains unresolved. In fact, it wont even load onto the system now (after being having been uninstalled and reinstalled several times prior). So 'Sea of Thieves' he has to play on his XBox still. He loves the graphics card and processor speed, which were head and shoulders above the ancient PC he had been using. It's a good system for those not able to afford a custom built one, and the Cyber Monday $300 discount was great! Just please be aware of the numerous complaints: Fans not being plugged in, misaligned mother boards, incorrect and lesser quality graphic cards or processors installed like a GTX vs RTX card or a slower processor. Educate yourself in advance to know what you'll need to troubleshoot for when you opt to buy this particular brand.

If you have kids and they like buying skins in Minecraft or maybe they want a little choice about buying a DLC. After all they are probably getting a game or two for Christmas. This is something kids always appreciate. I even purchase these $50 gift cards to buy those extras in games. So a treat for the kids or a little something for myself. You cant go wrong. You can spend it on just about anything in Xbox.

No issues with adding or using the balance, hassle free

I was very happy with the card ... I gave it to a young family member for Christmas.. He was happy with it.

Have learned there are issues related to leaving debit/credit card information on an xbox system. Microsoft will take "automatic" deductions at their discretion. So the XBox gift card is the best way to add Vee bucks without allowing Microsoft access to your financial account. And with the $100 gift card, the Xbox player gets bonus bucks. Always best to get more than what you pay for

I always purchase these cards and never have a problem! I wish that you could order these online though.

These cards are great for use as gifts. Especially good for people without credit cards on their accounts.

No matter what a person has this card always falls into the need catagory. Endless possibilities await.

Totally recommend buying cards instead of putting personal info on file. Quick to find and easy to use.

Don't use a credit card to purchase things on the marketplace. Use this and earn points on the process

In most places is really hard to get gift cards because there is a a lot is scamming going on but I bought this is Best Buy I never have problems 100% recommended

Want your kids to do chores? Homework? Just about anything? Get the microsoft Xbox gift card in 10.00 denominations and you can bribe your kids to get house chores done . Then they get some Microsoft xbox points for their game play. Be a cool parent , just give in. P.s. dont let them know it's a trick to get them to work. Your welcome

What more can I say..if you need live $ then this is for you. upload and buy what you want on live.

Works well and is easy to use. The only thing bad is that it gets used up too fast. But I’m sure that Xbox will be happy to sell you larger denomination ones to address that “problem”. I wish the scratch off was simply a metallic peel off rather than a scratch off requiring a coin.
