Great console with plenty of storage. Or you can always attach an external hard drive for even more storage. Nice looking matte finish on half side of console. Extremely quiet when on. It has the new controller with built in 3.5mm stereo jack so you can use third-party headsets, assuming you don't like the included model. Great for gaming, blu-rays, and streaming. Would highly recommend.

Don't buy if you have a girlfriend she'll yell at you for playing too much and threaten to break your Destiny game disc. Loving me some Destiny. Consoles a little bulky but includes hdmi, has great set up with extra usb ports, and easy to set up. Takes time to learn the interface unless you are familiar with windows 8. The 1tb space and controller with port for headset is definitely worth the extra 50 bucks if you don't want to hook up an external hard drive. You have around 730gb available on xbox one because the windows operating system requires the other 270gb. All games you buy to play are downloaded on your console and take up around 5 to 40gb of space depending on the type of game. For all of the halo games/master cheif collection that comes with the system it takes up 80gb for all 5 games so you still have plenty of space left for future gaming. New update for updated interface will be out fall 2015. Hopefully it's easier to navigate. Oh and if your headset sounds really quiet go to settings-devices & accessories-select wireless controller -volume. If your headset isnt connecting to party then follow same directions but select assign to someone- choose this person (your gamer tag). Setting up the headset is the biggest issue I've had so far which can get annoying. Haven't heard of any RED RING OF DEATH on this system so far from any of my friends. You should be good to go.

Couldn't decide between this and a PS4, at the recommendation of friends I picked up the Xbox One. As a person he typically hasn't played video games in years I can honestly say I am hooked. The graphics on my 4K TV are amazing. Everything worked perfect out of the box and I am super happy. Definitely recommend to anyone that is on the fence. Only thing I regret is I really wanted the Limited Edition Forza 6 Bundle but did not want to wait until September to get it.

I purchased this set during "Cyber Monday in July" when they offered a $50 gift card and a free controller. Without those incentives, I still would have bought this Console. Halo:MCC is a great game to start with (4 games, technically). The 1TB is pretty much necessary as with my PS4 I used 500gb within the first year. The XBOX One would be no different. Backwards compatibility is coming out in the coming months so your favorite games for XBOX 360 can be playable.

I haven't bought a new system in almost 8 years. Thought it was time to upgrade. Great system and picture quality. Only downside is takes a long time for games to load. Don't plan on playing a new game instantly! Took my system and Internet about an hour for some games before you can start to play. I would recommend the 1TB hard drive. Games take up a lot of space and nice feature to play what's downloaded without disk. 500 gb for me just didn't seem big enough.

I have used many gaming consoles and ever since I was younger I prefered the xbox. This bundle is really good, expecially if you don't plan on using the Xbox konect. There is a lot of on board storage and if you want more you can buy a Hardrive. It comes with the controller and mic. You also get the Halo Master Chief Collection with all the current Halo games. Overall the transition from the 360 to one is different but I really like the Xbox one.

Everyone I know with an XBox One eventually adds storage to it. It's nice to have a bit of extra room to work with before I need to add any. The real gem of this new set is the new controller with the better triggers. You notice the difference immediately, especially on the included Halo:MCC. That helps make a great system easier to use.

On Xbox One games are installed to the hard drive even if you buy the version on a disc and they are huge. Master Chief Collection currently takes up 63 GB. The extra 1 TB hard doubles the storage and is worth the extra $50. It also includes the improved controller that does not require a $25 adapter to use standard headphones.

If your looking to upgrade than this version of the Xbox one is great for 50$ more you get the double the memory, and the brand new Xbox one controller with 3.5 mml headjack plug in your favorite headset, but at the end of the day one of the greatest console you could buy.

The Xbox One is a pretty cool update to the 360, and has some really neat new features. It does require you to install part of the game on its hard drive, but it makes for a very fluid and smooth gaming experience with few loading screens. Graphics are great, controller is comfortable in my hand, and the new system is very user friendly.

I choose the Xbox One over the PS4 because I like the controller and wanted Forza. I picked this set as the Forza one wasn't eligible for Xbox promotions. I also selected a 1TB model as I understood you couldn't replace the HD with a larger one later, and ALL games need to be loaded on to the drive, even those you buy on disk. BUT, you can add an external drive to increase space, and even take that drive to a friends house to play those games.

I recently bought the XBOX One Halo bundle and I could not be happier. I play mainly sports games and the Halo game was phenomenal and the XBOX itself does all that you need and more. The graphics, and the storage are wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a new console

it has been at least 10 years since we have bought a game system (XBOX 360) and was anticipating the 1T availability. We are not disappointed and now have plenty of space for downloads and music and everything. And it was so easy to hook up - just followed the few steps and you're playing!

First off either get this 1 terabyte model or get the 500 gb model and expect to buy an external hard drive. You will need the space because all games even if you buy the discs are stored on the hard drive before being able to play them. It wouldn't be so bad but it does take a VERY LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD games. This system comes with the newer updated xbox one controller with the 3.5 mm headset port so you can use different headsets without the adapter. I even used my old 360 headset the other day. The top front bumbler buttons are redesigned to click easier anywhere you press them but they seem a little closer to the trigger buttons than on the original. I think this newer version would be better for people with larger hands. The xbox one dashboard or menu system isn't as easy to navigate as the older 360 but once you use it a few times you can figure it out. One negative is that I can sometimes hear the Hard drive running. I thought it was the fan but it's the hard drive. It usually gets quite once game is running. It's not real loud but in a quiet room you can sometimes hear it. I honestly haven't used the system much and can't comment on all of it's featured functions because I haven't used them yet. Hopefully the hard drive doesn't get noisier and have to send in for repair. I've read that it's a common problem. The graphics are better but not tremendously. I believe the newer games coming up will showcase the better graphics power the system has but for now the games are just so so and graphics are slightly improved. Bottom line if you want to play HALO 5 or BATTLEFRONT you may as we go ahead and purchase this.

Fan of the xbox, and the controller. I got used to the controller with the original xbox and i still like it. We become loyal to one system or another and I cant justify buying a playstation as well. Graphics are pretty darn good and I am geting use the new layout. Like it so far.

Everything I expected plus $175 off with the 360 trade in deal. $50 for 500 gb of more memory is well worth it. I have no complaints so far. Everything has gone very smoothly since I bought this a week ago. New controller isn't thaaaat different, but it's really nice.

I wanted to buy it since it came out. But had read a lot of the reviews about the storage issues. Happy they came out with one with 1TB. Price isn't bad for double the storage space. Just wish the Master Chief Collection came with a physical disk. Call me old school.

As a gamer who mainly gravitates to Nintendo systems and titles, I was surprised by how much I enjoy my Xbox One! The system is fast, powerful, and great for online gameplay. Nintendo fills a niche in the gaming market that is just fantastic. I recommend gamers everywhere give the Wii U a try. But to get the best (or any) experience of new blockbuster titles, you will need an Xbox One or PS4. The Xbox Store has a large and growing stock of fun, low-cost, indie titles that is fast approaching the value of Virtual Console and indie titles available on the Wii U. I give Xbox One a 5/5 as a game console. As an all-in-one media device, I give the Xbox One a 3/5 (hence the overall score of 4/5). To take full advantage of its features, you will need a Kinect ($150) for voice commands, and you will also need a satellite or cable box with HDMI output to feed your TV signal through the Xbox. Voice commands should be possible via the included chat headset, but Microsoft does not make this possible. For those of us who get our cable from a wall outlet (coax cable) there is currently no available option for connecting through the Xbox One. A third-party adapter from Hauppauge ($60) is available on the Microsoft Store if you want to get over-the-air channels on your Xbox. Final recommendation: If you're getting an Xbox One, go with the 1TB model. Xbox One installs the full game on your system, even if you are playing from a disc. You will quickly run out of hard drive space with anything less than 1TB.

Finally made the jump from my old 360 to the one. Decided to get the 1TB bundle since it was a good price ( pretty much get a free game). The graphics are great and was easy to set up and get playing. So far I have had no problems what so ever with this.

I absolutely love this system I love the graphics and the larger hard drive. Getting halo master chief collection was a game changer for me. The entire halo collection except reach was a great addition especially when the games are all remastered.
