    Xbox One is supreme

Absolutely love my Xbox One 500gb console. Easiest controller and console setup ever. Press and hold a small button on the left side of the console and then the button on the front of the controller and you're ready to play! Connect up to 8 controllers!(instructions were included.) I also bought a microsoft play and charge kit($25) so I can play for 30 hrs on a single charge and not have to replace my entire remote ($60+tax) when the battery won't hold a charge anymore like playstation 4 controllers. I also downloaded the free Smartglass app on my smart phone to use as a remote to watch movies and view my friends activities and updates such as screenshots and video clips from recently played games. As well as get notified when they're online to play. Pair up this console with a set of Turtle Beach 420x premium wireless headsets and you'll be envied by your friends. Definitely recommend to a friend!

I bought this to upgrade from my 360. I figured it was a safe time to by since backward compatibility was announced quite a while ago. Hook up was the same as the 360 so I was up and running in a few minutes... or so I thought. Turns out only one game I had was backward compatible. The install process for it combined with the download of my "included" game took about a day and a half. Also the controls interface is just not that intuitive. I would expect finding your purchased content and basic settings to be easy to find but its not. There's just too much to dig through to find anything. Gameplay, after lots of setup, is pretty good at this point, though. I have only played 2 games on it so far, but I have only experienced a single glitch that completely froze my game. While the game froze and progress was lost, the console itself did not. I could still pull out of the game and use the other features of the console without issue.

This Nexus 6-Plus is an awesome phone. It is faster than the most other phones including iPhones 6+. I am very techy person ..and been using iPad, iPhones, Samsung Galaxys 4/6. I can tell which device is the best based on my experience with all the gadgets. This is a Google Smartphone, so don't have to wait for software updates since it's gonna come 1st. It is very fast and responsive and you can feel the snapdragon and Marshmallow 6.0.. Enjoyable..Very Classy, has great quality camera w/HDR, Absolutely great HD screen. THIS IS A GOOGLE PHONE..by Huawei. Keep in mind Google Nexus 6-plus is the most famous and High End Unlocked Smartphone in the market. You really have to experience this one because It's packed with everything you need. Also, Google has nicely organized this phone (You have to play with to know what I mean). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Speedy High-End and Classy Google Nexus 6Plus to every one who don't like contract, looking for an excellent unlocked phone.

The ease of use my family loved with the Xbox 360 is non existent with the Xbox one. There's no software to watch a dvd, all games MUST be downloaded onto the system Before they can be played Which could take hours or days, and it only takes a few games to max out your storage if you have the 500gigs. To play multiplayer games you must Have MULTIPLE profiles on Xbox live. There are a host of other complaints I have with the system. I guess I'm super old school but I can't stand how Microsoft has devised every possible way to squeeze out a profit with this system at every turn. This was the worst purchase I've made and would NOT recommend this to anyone unless they truly want to kiss their hard earned money goodbye. We got this for our son because he wanted Halo 5, that's about all this was good for. Unless you've got money to burn stay clear of this purchase.

I purchased this XBOX 1 (with Pick-your-game package) as a bundle with a Lenovo laptop and a $50 Best Buy gift card. The XBOX had to be shipped and I was able to pick up the laptop and GC at a nearby store. The XBOX was easy to hook up and starts up quickly. The controller drains batteries quickly but I use rechargeable and always have some on backup. The Games with Gold is a good deal as you get four free games a month to download. I have about 8 games on here and have only used 20% of my 500GB. We also use it to access Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime Plex, Pandora and Netflix. Game came with a download code for one of four games; I chose Rise of the Tomb Raider and have been very happy with my selection. Great choice for the money, I'd suggest to wait for the bundle deals and then double check to ensure your local store has it to confirm you can pick it up if you don't want to have it shipped.

The XB One is not worth the money. The hardware is outdated already, and the performance is terrible. Games are limited to under 1080 resolution, and struggle to reach even 30 frames per second. If you want to play games, and enjoy them for a cheaper price, consider building a PC. PCs have a higher capital, but a much lower running cost. They do not require an online subscription, and new games are always available at a discount. A PC also has an enormous price / performance to either a PS4 or XBone. Where consoles struggle at 1080p and 30fps, a cheap PC can easily play new games at 1080p or higher at 60fps. If you want to find more information on building a PC, look at reddit.com/r/buildapc. It is a very friendly and helpful community of people from all around the world who would be more than happy to help you!

First off, I'm not a huge gamer so the reason I purchased this was not to have the biggest or best system, but to have one with lots of options at a decent price. The $300 price tag put this over the PS4 for that reason. It does everything I need it to do and it's easy to set up and use. My primary complaints are: 1. 500GB goes pretty fast when you download games. This had a redeemable code for 1 game and Gears of War was over 40GB. I knew there'd be limitations with the size of the drive, but I didn't realize how much storage games put on the drive. 2. Online access is nearly mandatory. I finally set it up to not require being full time connected, but it still feels the need to inform me every time I open anything that I'm not connected. Other than that, I'm happy with the console and the few games I play.

I purchased this as my 3rd Xbox One. This one was for my 8 year old son. I have one and I bought one for my father. I bought this to replace the Nintendo Wii U that my son received for Christmas, as it had many problems. After many calls to Nintendo, and many replacement systems, they refunded our money. We used that to buy him his own Xbox One. He is very happy with his Xbox One, and we are also. No issues with it as of yet. Whiteout l While he loves the system, he really misses the Mario games that Nintendo has. Unfortunately, Mario is exclusive to Nintendo. I recommend the Xbox One to anyone interested in a top notch gaming platform. It has many other users as well. It is a great entertainment system, with many uses, unlike it's only competitor, Sony, which is only for gaming.

Don't get me wrong, it is a nice gaming system. However, it produces so much heat that I literally use it as a space heater in my room during the winter. The Hard Drive space is too little for anyone who is continually downloading games and while yes, it is a blu-ray player it isn't 4K compatible with anything but streaming and even microsoft admits that it connection speeds probably won't get you 4K streaming. So, I'm gifting this one to my sister so she can play the new GOW game and I'll wait for the OneS to come down a little in price. My advice: If you are not getting a 4K TV in the next two years, you are playing mainly physical discs and you have enough space for ventilation, buy it. It's a good buy. If you are buying a 4K tv, however, wait for the new generation.

Not only did I get an XBOX One, which my son has wanted for a long time, but due to the sale going on at the time I got this, Forza 6 using the included "pick a game" bundle as well as Forza 3 Horizon for free as part of a free game with purchase Best Buy promotion. All of the for just under $250! It was a great way to pick one up affordably and have a starter game library along with it. This console has had a significant amount of usage since purchasing and is still going strong. XBOX Gold and EA Access also offer cheap ways to gain additional games which just makes it that much better for families on tighter budgets.

Based on previous experiences, I never wanted a game console. I started playing Forza 6 at a friends and that changed everything. The game is fun for all ages. The box has settings for childrens logons to limit what is available. The speed of the hardware is very good. It has the ability to become part of your media center which I haven't explored, and it plays Blu-ray discs. The online competition adds a an entire new dimension. Whats the downside? I think minimal. Microsoft servers seem slow during peak times - this is only a problem if you are purchasing and downloading an entire game. The online gaming requires a subscription. Minor setbacks for a fun console.

The Next Gen of Next Gen Consoles

I've been a gamer all my life and have literally owned every home console ever released. Microsoft has improved upon many of the flaws in the 360 with the Xbox One. Fast boot up time for the console, but a little slow on game start up. The interface is great and really easy to learn. Some say it is too complex, but spend a little bit of time with it, and you'll get it in no time. Biggest question I get is should I get the 500gb or 1tb? Get the 1tb. With the fact that all games must be installed, you will eat through that 500gb very fast. That is my only complaint. Its a great game console as well as home entertainment system. Great buy for the money.

For the most part the xbox seems okay. The layout is nice, and the deal price with the xbox and game was great, but I wish I would have still saved my money. For spending the money I did on a new xbox, I expect it to be in excellent condition when bought. But from day one it has had nothing but issues. It doesn't turn on when turning on the controller, the xbox is generally slow, freezes a lot. Just a lot of issues I believe a brand new console should not have. If these issues were not present I believe it would have been a great purchase.

So starting out, I am and always have been a Sony guy however, a lot of my friends got an XBOX One so in order to play some games online with them, I decided to buy one. Let me say, I am pleasantly surprised. I very much enjoy this gaming system. The online game play is fantastic. Games are fast and responsive. Two things I really like about this system that I wish Sony had done are 1. the ability to connect to 5Ghz wifi band (since my router is not close enough for a hard wired connection) and 2. The ability to put your own batteries in the controllers.

The Xbox One is a great gaming console. But I am concerned about the durability of the unit. This unit was purchased to replace one that was less than 18 months old. The old unit started randomly rebooting and none of the usual suspects fixed the issue. After multiple calls to Xbox support I decided to just replace the unit. I like the system, I like the games, but Microsoft's hardware track record has me concerned. I purchased the extended warranty, just in case. I'd recommend it, but make sure you get the warranty.

Unfortunately, I had to get a replacement for the original Xbox One I had purchased. I believe the first on I got was defective. The console would freeze during games and specific controller buttons would stop working. I worked with Microsoft to troubleshoot the problems (chat help is amazing) which unfortunately did not result in a solution. Luckily, it was still under warranty (and also within the return policy timeframe) and Best Buy was able to give me a replacement no problem. The new one works great, just as expected!

This xbox has wooed me a lot. By features and graphics. Loves the speed of app transition, very less lag if any. Wont suggest playing while installing a game in the background. Amazed when I came to know I could share a screen with my laptop as well. The only negative was paying for each game to the tune of 30+ dollars. Xbox gold should come up with a rate plan for people to play all games at small cost. Many people will indulge in playing games rather than a few. Keeping revenue rolling for the companies. But I would recommend to go with XBOX one than 360...

Purchased as gift for someone who has been team Playstation. He really likes the features, was a little disappointed that the upgrade changed some of them but overall has been impressed. We did have to return the 1st one purchased as it wouldn't load. I'm not impressed with the fact that all the games have to load to the hard drive. Lots of accessories needed too. It is definitely a money pit...controller charging station or lots of batteries, controller, sensor for interactive games, headsets, etc. Good for true gamers.

I've never had a game console; I've always preferred PC gaming. I got this for a good price so decided to give it a try. It's fun for playing multiplayer games with the family but most of the games available seem to be aimed at adults; there aren't a lot of kid friendly ones. Supposedly, a software update that includes DVR features is coming later this year. I'll be interested to see how that works and am hoping it may be a good replacement for Windows Media Center since WMC is no longer supported in Windows.

I got this Xbox because we needed something to stream tv as well as play games, it works perfectly. The only complaint I have is the free game that came with the purchase I never received. I had to go through zillion steps to get confirmation emailed me to me before we could download the game. However I never received the email, it also said it would take up to 72 hours, again I never received it. I did get it on sale, it does work for the purpose we need i'm just disappointed we never got the free game
