I have become pretty accustomed to the kinect from years of use with my old 360. These new Xbox 1 kinect is a huge step up from the 360 version. I use it mainly to voice control what I'm doing. It separates background noise from my voice seamlessly. The only thing I don't like is the price. I purchased the forza 6 bundle and needed the kinect to complete my experience. Should be a discount when purchased with console. Otherwise it's a great product.

The Kinect for XBOX One is amazing. You can pretty much use the XBOX without a controller if you have one of these. Everything is voice activated or motion controlled. Its just amazing.

Without Kinect, the small kids doesn’t like to play plain games that is available. Kinect is a must to have and works great with games like Fru and water sport games

Voice recognition and motion controls are much improved on this version of the Kinect. If you want to use motion controls or voice commands, this is a great addition to the Xbox One.

I love it! Couple times we go out of the boundary but no biggie. Wish there were more interactive games with the person next to you that we could play other than fighting games.

This is a cool piece of hardware. Picks up every gesture amazingly well. Love the voice commands and looking forward to the Cortana integration. Just wish there were more high quality games.

Microsoft got it right with this one! I love how it extends the capabilities of my Xbox One. From watching TV to have it record a awesome move while gaming. This is worth it!

I really enjoy using the connect it has allowed us to play multiple games that we were not able to before and it brought my Family and friends together for more than one occasion

A fantastic gift for the gadget minded individual! Easy to operate...allows a variety of accessories for individual tastes/style preferences. Nice features for the high tech minded.

I got this just for the voice automation alone. I love walking into the room and it seeing me. I can tell it to turn on the xbox, go to specific apps etc. I love this :)

Decided to finally add the Kinect to my Xbox. Its a lot of fun, and I actually like the workout options. Easy to setup and use. Definitely a must have if you own an Xbox.

Haven't used it quite yet but I know it will be great for the reasons that it was bought and intended for. Can't wait to use it while gaming and doing many other things.

Works great as a microphone and camera- kids play MineCraft with their friends online and use the kinnect as microphone to communicate without using a headset and mic.

I've only used my Kinect for voice control of my TV, but for that purpose, it works pretty well. I haven't quite mastered the hand motion control yet, but I think it's not for me.

The kinect is great! The voice commands are great and it allows for the xbox to work as a kind of vocal universal remote for the entertainment system. Pretty awesome!

The features and options on this Kinect are absolutely awsome. Being an audio/video fanatic, being able to turn my audio and TV on with voice control is super cool.

My son won an XBOX One that didn't come with the kinect. Went straight to the store and got one. Xbox isn't an Xbox without a kinect. You can do so much more with it.

If you own an XBOX ONE, GET THE KINECT. Everything that you want to do on the system is made even easier with the addition of voice controls. You need this. Trust me.

We have been able to use this to do video chats, change the channel by simply speaking. How did we live without this?

Although there ain't to much games for it that I Like I still enjoy using the voice commands and facial recognition to sign me in to my Xbox without touching a controller
