I got my new console and had to go on google to look at images because I did not realize there is a small button to sync new controller that does not come in actual xbox one box. Once I got that figured it out it has been incredible. The length of these controllers is incredible. I have the console downstairs but stream it to my windows 10 laptop upstairs. Then I have hdmi from laptop to tv. I use controller towards TV. Honestly cannot tell difference if console was in room. I just don't get windows forcing people to buy special adapter to play on computer when it clearly is strong enough to work across rooms. It would be nice if windows 10 could recognize it as well without the additional adapter. Long story short, Best Buy is amazing. Used to be a big Amazon fan...NO MORE!!! Best Buy has won my business for life. Great accessory. Def. recommend. I just wish the console came with 6 cd changer because of forcing one to use disc after installation. All in all, super happy with purchase. I bought controller with my xbox one console.

I use this controller on my PC for games and have to say that the quality and compatibility is exceptional.

It's always best to buy the official licensed products, and the controller is no exception. It's comfortable and fairly well made. Only other suggestion would be to get the rechargeable version or buy rechargeable batteries for it. This controller suits me, the "Pro" controller seems like a ridiculous amount of money for a casual gamer like myself so I decided to not spend that kind of money on one when the classic design is just fine for me.

Just bought this controller two days ago. Had no issues syncing it up. I did have trouble getting the Kinect to do the sync but it was so easy just to hit the button on the side I didn't try very long; I probably was doing something wrong with the Kinect. I love the headphone jack. Even with a ten dollar pair of ear buds the sound is good. Nice for night time when the kids are asleep but I want to hear the dialogue.

The new controller is great. Wirelessly updates and the best is the 3.5 headphone jack on it.

Needed a second controller for our Xbox one. This one fits the need. Works great no problems.

Considering the console only comes with one controller, this is a must have to share the fun!

The Xbox One Wireless Controller has a solid build construction, feels properly weighted for extended gaming sessions so your hands don't get tired, has a much improved design over the Xbox 360, and the impulse trigger response is awesome, especially when playing shooter games. Love the controller. A part of me wishes I had gotten the Lunar White version but it released after I had already purchased this controller.

I own Dualshock 4, Dualshock 3, Xbox 360, and previous iteration Xbox One controllers for use on my PC. The Dualshock 4 and old Xbox One controllers previously competed for my favorite depending on the particular game's compatibility, the usefulness of the DS4's touchpad, and the game's use of the shoulder buttons. I quite liked the previous version of the Xbox One controller with the minor exception that the handholds creaked a little when squeezed and the major exception of the extremely shallow bumpers that could only be activated on the outer edges and could only be comfortably be used for a a single press. This new version has neither of these problems. I was able to fix the former problem with electrical tape inside the handles but this version feels rock solid without alteration (this is possibly just a matter of luck in build quality). The satisfyingly clicky response of all the buttons is maintained (maybe even improved for the face buttons, but likely that's just because these are newer) and the shoulder buttons now feel like I imagine they always should have. Their tactile response is almost identical but they depress ever so slightly more to make holding them down more comfortable, and, most importantly, they can now be depressed equally well at any point on the shoulder buttons.I cannot comment on the other new features. In essence, the best controller's most noticeable and, in my opinion, only significant shortcoming has been fixed.

Same controller as bought with xbox1. Works just like original & have had no problems

This came with the Xbox One, Tomb Raider edition I just recently purchased, at no charge! And with two Boston Terrier puppies, a free extra controller is a very good thing, lol! I've only used it long enough to make sure it worked, and then took the batteries out, and put it back in the box! Just like the one that came with the console. Makes me feel all warm and happy knowing I have a back-up!!

I've used the controllers for all of the game systems in the last 10 years, and this one just seems to fit in my hands the best, though I do have large hands. It also has the best response of any of those previous controllers (both Xbox and Playstation systems). The lack of the battery pack vs. the Xbox 360 controllers actually took a little getting used to, but once you do it's a major improvement.

The extra controller is just like the one that comes with the Xbox One, being that it is better formed for hands than the 360. It also comes with batteries, and is very easy to connect with the Xbox in that a sync button on the top of the controller needs to be pressed at the same time as a similar button on the Xbox. It may need an update, but this controller is easy to set up and use.

What is there to say.... its a xbox one remote, easy to use and feels great!
