Constant connectivity issues with my xbox and constant updates. Had it for only a couple weeks now and i’ve updated it twice. If I don’t update it, it continuously will cut in and out. Just a hassle for a casual gamer.

The controls are also super simple so thats helpful too in game instead of fumbling forbthe scrool wheels or buttons. Absolutely love it and may order another for a gift.

Lightweight and Versatile

Being able to rotate the earcup to adjust volume is a nice feature versus having to look for a specific button(s) to do this. I appreciated the fact that I can pair the headset to my xbox console without needing a dongle and that it also supports bluetooth for all my other devices; PC, phone and tablet. The only downside that is that the audio quality is "average" out of the box. I can't complain for a $100 headset.
