This was surprisingly the worst sounding of all four headsets I tested recently. I was hoping for better from the reviews I watched. I wasn't expecting HiFi sound, but I thought it would be much better than it was. I played with the EQ a bit but it still sounded muffled compared to the Nova 7X and even the H6PRO. I was willing to sacrifice a bit of sound fidelity for the added features that the Xbox Wireless Headset offered. Things like direct connection (no dongle) and native EQ. On a positive note, it did have a good fit. Nice big deep ear cups that were very comfortable. If you do choose this headset I'd highly recommend upgrading the earpads with Wicked Cushions. It will change the feel to that if a much more expensive headset.

After opening the box I immediately noticed that the headset was very light. Being able to rotate the earcup to adjust volume is a nice feature versus having to look for a specific button(s) to do this. I appreciated the fact that I can pair the headset to my xbox console without needing a dongle and that it also supports bluetooth for all my other devices; PC, phone and tablet. The only downside that is that the audio quality is "average" out of the box. I can't complain for a $100 headset.

Extremely easy to set up. Great sound quality. Really makes a difference in first person shooters and racing games.

You can hear very well and your party can hear you clearly.

Wish it was easier to set up like just plugging in the USB thing and boom your done but since you only got to connect it once I guess it’s no problem. I love how I can play and connect it to phone to play my music at the same time. I’m sure there are better headsets out there but this one is worth it

Easy to set up and use. Sounds really clear on both game audio and chat audio. Can also be used with your iPhone.

Nice sounding headphones. Lotta options to tweak as well. Price is about on par with headphones at this level.
