When I first installed it works out great for chat. Love the mixer button on left ear lot easier to blend music and chat at the same time on the fly.

Biggest issue I had with it was how it’s not Bluetooth for that price. It runs on 2.4 ghz which is also used for wifi. If your router is close to the Xbox, you may experience some interference where the sound would break off or you would hear some static.
