Headset may function one windows 10 but will not work with 11. For Xbox it works 50% of the time as far adjusting party/game volume. Sometimes I have to turn on/off to get that feature to work. Ear cushion material feels cheap and not durable. I would advise to not take headset off by the sides that are the dials. This is to not cause stress on an already flimsy design. I just recently discovered the Bluetooth chip in this device for windows is terrible and with windows gated audio. For Bluetooth to my gaming PC, I cannot change input quality from 1 channel tape recorder quality and therefore unable to use this headset for both Xbox and PC as advertised!! I am just now outside my scope of return and now have wasted $99 on a headset! I do not recommend this product nor any other Microsoft product!

I pair the headset with XBOX directly wirelessly and with my phone (via Bluetooth) simultaneously. This way I can listen to my own music from the phone while playing Madden or Forza and still enjoy the sounds of the game. Cheers all around. Highly recommend.

You can be using your Xbox while listening to music from your phone or even talking to someone from it while in a party on Xbox! The audio mixer is great! Love that I can connect it to my Microsoft Surface laptop so easily. Battery life after charging 30 mins is amazing!
