It has all the features of a premium headset, but it is made from the worst quality plastic that if you sneeze on it, itll break. I know this was my third try(like i said i wanted to love it)

I love not needing an aux cord connected to my controller anymore and being able to walk around while using it. I wish the battery life was a little longer but it's not a big issue. I highly recommend this headset.

Steel series has a known issue with frequency and the Xbox series x as the audio stutters along with crackling that they aren’t fixing. This pair… none of that!

Amazing but with a Big Issue

Had my friends saying I sound like I’m talking in a big empty room. I went online to see if others had the same issue and I found out it seems to be a software issue and not with the headset.

(Like my kids) it syncs to multi devices so im happy about that and the sound quality is awesome
