The headset sounds awesome but I believe I have a faulty product. I needed to hard reset after 2 days and now the mute "on" function is the only way I can chat. The little light on always had become anoying and drains the battery.

Poor audio quality, constant disconnects. Suffered for three months trying to get it to work, only to find out the warranty is 90 days. Purchased a Nova 7X and have had zero ussues since. Wish I could have gotten my money back on these

You do have to purchase Dolby on the Xbox app but it is well worth it.well worth the money, ony thing i do not like is the microphone

THe ear pads are breathable and feel very cushiony. I felt very light ear fatigue when I wore these and I would buy again if I could.
