Great value headsets
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seamless setup. Love the phone + system split. Lightweight and mostly comfortable. The foam earpad fell off pretty easily, but some gorilla glue locked it in.

Very poor experience for gaming because of connect
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these with very high expectations but I must say I'm very disappointed on them. I've been using them for over a month now at least 4 times a week each of them being at least a 3 hour session. I've been having a lot of issues with them, they constantly get disconnected from the xbox in the middle of the game leaving me I communicated and I end up switching to my previous wireless headset which doesn't have this problem. This happens at least twice very hour and sometimes they reconnect on their own but sometimes they don't, forcing me to shut them down and turn them on again in the middle of the game. The other issue I've seen sometimes is that if I turn on the xbox use it for a while and then after some time y turn on the headset, it sends the xbox to sleep forcing it to reset.

Wanted to LoveThem
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t get me wrong, they are an awesome headset. When they want work, the first few days were amazing. Bass so good I could feel the headset shaking on my ears. Now, its just a constant cutout, fully disconnection, and crackling. From the poor connection, youd think with it being an xbox product it wouldnt have so many issues. Unfortunately it looks like it will have to be a returned product

Mic sucks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve gotten 2 different sets of these headphones, they both don’t even register a mic showing up on my party chats or anything. Nobody can hear anything and my Xbox tells me that I don’t even have a mic on my device when it is connected. Sound quality is great but when you can’t use a mic, it ruins the fun of playing with friends. The weird part is that I can have both headphones connected to my Xbox at the same time, then the first headset I had connected all of a sudden has a working mic. Nothing makes sense. I’m disappointed that and official Xbox product has this many issues, twice!
