It does not have any connectivity issues on my Series S unless you walk far away from the physical console itself and letency is non existent with games. There is no bass issue and If you dislike it's default eq setting it's easily changeable.

But if left on charger the battery will deplete. The Bluetooth is also quite spotty. I found that after 4-5 months the head set would disconnect from the Xbox and not hold a charge every 20-30 minutes. Could just be a defect.

BAIT AND SWITCH DELIVERY DATE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

YET, right NOW on BB website for the Bangor Store, it says if I order it now it will arrive JAN 3rd, OR I CAN PICK IT UP JAN 4th!!?? How is that even possible?? It makes zero logical sense. that I can order the same product 5 days later and have it arrive A WEEK EARLIER THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER!!!??? Who is in charge of this crap? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BAIT AND SWITCH. DO NOT ORDER! IT WILL SAY IT TAKES 5 DAYS BUT WILL TAKE A MONTH! I’m taking all electronics business to AMAZON!!

Past return window. Tried repair threw micorsoft bit would accept it. They would send a certified refurbished pair it said. Just buy a better headset. Went with Turtle Beach and was not disappointed.
