The mute button is inna terrible location. The headset are so tight around the ears and and the pleather material isnt breathable and the battery doesn't last very long. Pretty disappointed in this 1st party option.

I bought this headset for my best friend's birthday (in September), mistake right there. It started out great! Worked wonderfully, was super comfortable! Yay! But then the mic broke... Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that Microsoft is cheap with their warranty (90 days) and I can't return it to best buy anymore.

Doesnt charge

It was on charge for about 4 hours before use and didnt even fully charge . Now it wont even stay on longer than 3 seconds nor will it charge at all. Microsoft and these defective units are really making me want to switch back to Sony.
