Unfortunately I didn't;t read those reviews stating that the microphone will crack and break from gentle use. But here we are with a waste of $100. Microsoft won't help and needs a class action lawsuit over this design flaw.

The only thing that works now is the microphone. I've tried repairing it to the console. I have updated the headset, done a hard reset of the headset and console and nothing has worked. I usually love xbox products but this has been a waste of my money and time. Very desiponted.

Ability to use additional Bluetooth source while gaming is sweet.. and for the price chefs kiss!. I jumped on getting this Starfield edition and the additional touches, start up and pair sounds are awesome.
