After that, it disconnected and no amount of troubleshooting (holding Mic/power button to reset settings), turning Bluetooth on/off on Windows 10, removing device, etc will even allow the headset to show up in Bluetooth devices on Windows 10. So frustrating.

We're sorry there's an issue using your Xbox Wireless Headset with Windows 10 PC. First, we recommend making sure that your Windows 10 PC is running the latest service update and that you've also fully updated the firmware of your headset. For information on how to do this, go here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/accessories/setup-xbox-wireless-headset
If that doesn't help, you may also use the headset with your PC by pairing it with a Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10, which offers the same connectivity as a Xbox console. You may also use your headset wired with a standard USB-C cable.

I’ve tried many different brands and designs of headsets over the last 20 years. I have to say this is by far the best overall headset I have used to date. Not only is the Xbox system integration great, allowing you to customize EQ and presets on the console itself. But most importantly, it is the most comfortable I have ever used. Most headsets start to make your ears sore after a few hours of use. However, this one is perfect for those long sessions, 5+ hours. I can wear these for hours on end and they stay comfortable and in place. The battery life is also fantastic. I would highly recommend these if you are an xbox user.
