It connects to bluetooth and xbox dongle same time and works awesome. When you take a call it drops down the other connection.. But it only worked for one day!!! It would never charge so I'm bringing it back for a replacement but it probably be months before I can get another one

I bought a 20 dollar pair better than these. Constantly cut out Footsteps are very deceiving Sound is inconsistent. These are awful headsets. If you’ve played on just about any other headset you’ll be very disappointing.

Best Buy will not accept returns on this item. Had to pay to ship to Microsoft for repair. Microsoft has had them for nearly two weeks. My $23 dollar Amazon Chinese specials lasted almost 2 years without issues.
