Some of the online reviews were promising, but I am here to tell you that the quality is very poor. I haven’t even had the headset for a full 10 months, and it will not play audio. There is an electrical short in the sound adjustment wheel on the left side. The only way that you can get it to work is to pull the wheel out and hold it in an out position. You can’t do this while you’re watching a movie or playing a video game. The warranty on this item is extremely short, and Microsoft probably did that because they know how bad this headset is.
