I recently got a Xbox Series X and was in the market for a new headset. I absolutely love my old headset but unfortunately it hooks up via an optical audio cable transmitter and since the Series X lacks an audio optical port it was time to upgrade. After a little research I settled on the official Xbox headset since it seems to be the best bang for your buck. The sound is great (after you optimize the frequencies) and I haven't had any comfort issues yet. It took me a while to get used to the earpiece volume controls but I am starting to enjoy how they work. The ONLY thing keeping me from really enjoying this headset is the Mic Monitoring. Personally, I like being able to hear when I talk and unfortunately the mic monitoring is non-existent on this headset, even with the setting on high because the microphone is too short. I am still debating on whether or not to keep this headset since mic monitoring is a big thing for me BUT if you are in the market for a fair priced headset and don't care about hearing yourself than definietly check this one out!

The sound was not as good as I want it to be. The mic arm broke and I do not use the headset anymore. It was a cheap headset and performed like a cheap headset.

Way to tight around the ears and the sound was just horrible. I returnrd them and got the hyperx cloud for xbox…way way way better.

I do not understand how this headset has such positive reviews. Maybe these people are not using the mic. The mic is horrendous. My friends immediately said it sounded like I was underwater. This is not acceptable for me. The setup is seamless. Somewhat comfortable but a higher clamping force than I would prefer. However, I have a big head so this may not be a problem for you. If they fix the mic I would buy these again in a heartbeat. If you don’t need the mic, grab these without hesitation.

Disconnects while using. Troubleshooting dies not work. I would never recommend this headset to anyone.

Overall, i have been extremely happy with this one. I have had mine nearly 2 years now. Sound is excellent with a few minor adjustments. The chat to game mixer is super easy to use. Love the light that lets you know your chat is active. The ability to use it as Bluetooth with my iphone at the same time is great. The quality is a ok. A drop snapped the mic off but Was able to put some epoxy on it and call it a day. Nearly two years later and its still working great.

Good quality. Comfortable after the break in period. Loud enough. Quick charging. Lasting battery life. Mic light. Lightweight. Connects to Xbox and iPhone simultaneously!

This headset is beautifully designed. The aesthetics, and sounds made match what I believe Starfield is all about. It's a comfortable headset even on my large dome. The only drawbacks, and I don't believe this is the fault of Bethesda, is that the adjustments of volume are a little confusing at first and their isn't any "awareness mode," or being able to listen to what is going on around you outside of the game.

Ok, so if you want to use discord and have your game audio coming through at the same time, i reccomend it. But what i can't reccomend is the quality. The audio would crackle, lose audio occasionally. But eventually the whole microphone piece cracked and broke without any real fall. It was just broken one day. Just seems really cheaply made.

Good sound quality, very comfortable to wear. Overall very good wireless headset and I love the design of it

Beyond disappointed with Xbox with this dud. Seriously makes me wonder if buying the series s was a huge mistake normally game on pc. Got the series s and thought this headset would be good what a nightmare it has been trying to sync this and still can’t get the mic to work. Will think twice about buying Xbox hardware in the future buyer beware.

These stopped working after a month. Not really worth it for me

These arent worth the money.. they constantly lose connection, and cut out audio. The mic is garbage and picks up every noise in the house. Do research before buying this headset.. not worth the price

Comfortable, sounds great, looks great, battery life is very nice.

They give trouble after a few weeks.. once they freeze :/ good luck! I had to force a soft restart with some trick I found off Microsoft Customer Support... NOT WORTH THE HASSLE.....

Cheap. My dial broke off after a few months. Will not buy again

Headphones stopped working after about 3 months of use, or right after I’m unable to return them. Very disappointed in this product because they were not cheap and I already have to replace them.

I really like the fact that they are wireless. They are very comfortable,easy to use.and the sound quality is good.

I would of put less than one star if that was option. I purchased for Xmas present for my son. As of Jan 25 it no longer powers on. Less than a month used and DOESNT WORK! Last day to return was 1/16 … now what ???
