I bought this for my PC. In order to use with your PC you will need to buy the wireless dongle. Luckily you can pair both this headset and the Xbox wireless controller to the same dongle. The headset is comfortable for marathon Gaming sessions. My problem with it is that whenever i try to chat with friends on Discord the chat cuts out a lot and is cracking; both what i hear and what my friends hear. Tried messing woth all of the settings on PC and Discord to no avail. So im looking to upgrade to a more reliable wired headset. Not worth the trouble if you ask me.

I purchased my these for the first time about a month after they came out and the struggle that I had to go through when it came to getting the originals updated should have been enough to make me return them however I stuck with them because I loved the overall sound and feel of the headset even though the mic quality pre update was compared to the Xbox app ( cell phone ). After 5 months the headset stopped allowing me to hear any audio whether it be from my Xbox, cell phone, or pc and so I exchanged them because I had a warranty. THREE WEEKS after o recover my new pair I experienced the same issue and thankfully most of the Best Buy employees and supervisors were nice and willing to help me out with transferring the credit to another headset. All in all I would NOT RECOMMEND getting this headset UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Great gift for my dad i bought it for his birthday gift

Purchased this when it first released and used it for about 5 minutes. Recently broke it back out and tried to use it again. The headset sounds great with Dolby atmos but the mic is atrocious and an embarrassment to Microsoft. Unusable product.

Great must have for anyone with a xbox and in need of a headset

Sound and mic quality are okay, but not great. Leather-like materal makes your ears sweat. Headphones put too much pressure on the head. Mic doesn't pick up voice audio as well as I'd like.

I really like it especially when you can connect it to your phone so whenever you have a call you can pick up and whenever you are done you are back into your party or game

Husband says the sound and clarity is better then his previous headset. The sound dials can be dialed in to the smallest degree

Ok headset for the cost. Battery life is a bit on the weak side would be my only complaint

I purchased these yesterday. The audio is great. The microphone, however, does not work. My XBox Series S recognizes that I have a mic, but it does not pick up any voice. I have tried all fixes, including rebooting it and updating it. Nothing works. $100 for something that doesn’t work. Let’s hope Microsoft gives a refund. This is bad quality control.

Sound quality is awsome great headphones you won't be disappointed.

Used them for 1 game and I'm returning them. The mic is WAY too sensitive. Picks up every single ambient noise. Button clicks. Wide eating chips on the other side of the house. It's crazy how much background noise they pick up! Nothing but irritation for the people on the other side.

I would not recommend purchasing these. I bought them from Bestbuy almost a year ago today and the battery will no longer charge. The orange indicator light never flashes and my headphones will not turn on. Bestbuy warranty is short and the Microsoft warranty is 7 months. I’m out $100 for owning the headset a year. I have no choice but to buy a different headset. Not these again…

I would rate this a five but im expericing audio cutting out and connection issues everysingle time i use these
