Microphone failed in two days. No volume control on headset.

Was a great headset until I looked down and mic was broken in half for unknown reason. Im very careful with mt stuff so was very disappointed

I actually liked this headset until I had it for almost a month, then it stop working and will not charge. To make things even worse apparently I tried to return it back at best buy, and they told me I could not return this headset because I didn't purchase the protection plan and it was after the 15 day return policy. I was then told I had to send it back to Microsoft for repair. Now I'm sending it back 2 day shipping which was $10.81 thru Microsoft, then I should either receive this pair fixed or another pair.

Cant beat the functionality at this price point. Works fine for conf calls and gaming. Nice being able to take calls wjile listening to fame audio.

poor quality and design. Maybe a year in the adjustment knob broke and fell off. Thats what happens when you place the volume knob where you grab to remove the headset and hold it in place with cheap plastic. MS quality will get you past the warranty date and not much more.

Every negative review I read was spot on. I doubted whether people were being divas but they definitely were not. The mic is awful... like truly awful. If you don't care if all your friends think you're speaking through a tin can, don't worry about it. After 30 mins of wearing them I began to realize my ears had pores because until yesterday I was unaware that ears could sweat.

The battery life wasnt as good and the material used to make is cheap.

0 out of 5. The battery drains fast and my headset randomly stopped working. The headset was well taken care of but still gave out on its own. I tried updates and reconnection with no solution. Dont waste your money.

The headset i took it to get it fix and its still not working and is static and they are not working at all i will not but stuff like this again i feel robbed

These are worth 50 bucks. They turn off and on while in game. And the left side dial isn't useful

Microsoft 'sown product has a issue workomg with Windows and Xbox adapter. Audio is all choppy amd unbearable to listen to.

It’s a decent headset gets the job done but not the best for hearing your surroundings in game

Will not connect to PC. Had it been advertised that it was bluetooth would have not ordered it.

I bought these to use with my Series S. The sound and the controls are great, but the unit disconnects periodically and requires a reset. Sometimes it will work for a couple of hours, sometimes only a few minutes. Once the problem starts the disconnecting is continuous. It has gotten to the point where I don't use these anymore... This is a common problem and the only real solutions posted online involve reducing wireless activity/interference where they are used.

I bought my son the MS wireless headset, and it is nothing 100% trash. You can hear EVERY button he hits on his controller through his mic. The headset doesn't even try to suppress background noise. It's doesn't get any worse. Firmware is updated, and the mic mute feature is on a high. Still trash.

PLASTIC HARNESS THAT HOLDS MIC IN PLACE WILL CRACK AND BREAK LESS THAN 6 WEEKS OLD AND STILL IN WARRANTYOBVIOUS DESIGN FLAW AND MICROSOFT WILL NOT REPLACE IT. WILL CONTACT FTC WARNING DO NOT BUY.
