Best Buy was on time. These are per the definition HEADSET. They are not a sound studio on your head, the are HEADSET and very GOOD by sound and design. They saved me the money in buying the 200 plus headset gadget that don’t sound good, feel good, work good. Look no further. Works perfect with my Series S and X. Best $104.00 I’ve spent and addition to my gaming. Impressed that these thing don’t need a dongle to connect, saves my USB connection. They are getting hard to get and scaped , hang in there and check with Bestbuy when they arrive in stock for $99.00.

The sound is excellent but not as good as your high quality sounding headsets like Steel Series or Astro. This headset still delivers above average sound especially if your the type that knows how to configure the EQ settings in either the Xbox accessories app or Dolby access app. The headset was pretty easy to set up. As soon as I turned the headset on I welcomed with a update notification then afterwards had no problem using it for a quick match in Cold War. I would definitely recommend this headset as a decent starter or a secondary accessory.

Even though the Astros might sound better these are my go to headset. I love how you can connect your phone via Bluetooth and the Xbox at the same time and have the audio play from both at the same time. Also the convenience of having the headset turn on the Xbox is awesome but one thing that I don’t really like is the staticky sound you hear once in a while but expected for a wireless headset. Overall I’d recommend it to anyone you get a lot of value for your money.

The band is solid and the cups holds their position well. Sound was better than I expected though a little heavy on the bass side but nothing that can't be fixed via EQ. Microphone is designed well, it's subtle and out of the way. Voice quality is decent but I wouldn't use these at length with any conferencing apps. I returned these however since my primary reason for buying these was to use for PC gaming. Unfortunately there is a small lag when using these with Windows, even with the USB wireless adapter. Still, if you can look past the latency issue they're a good buy at this price point.
