Great sound very comfortable, love the style and ease of use

Awesome headset, took a while to get use to compared to my turtle beaches but I like the tuning more than turtle beaches. Wish the talk back went higher.

I have both the wired and wireless headset. And they work amazingly. The only difference is that i can walk to the refrigerator without havingnto walk with my whole set up. And plus, it fits around my ears!

These headphones are great they feel very comfortable with amazing charge time. Wish the sound could’ve been a bit louder but other than that these are great headsets

Taking a star off and returning. Overall: Style is great, ergonomics is great, and solid game sound performance so far. I purchased these to use them specifically for Windows 10 for gaming and discord as it has bluetooth support. Unfortunately, it doesn't do well with Windows 10 enough for me to justify keeping them. It doesn't work with discord while gaming on the same computer with only chat audio and the stereo audio due to the codecs required for most headsets. In phones, this isn't normally a problem, but using discord while gaming on a PC, you lose the stereo quality and it will be the low quality of Hands-Free. Some initial thoughts and cons: Mic is a little shorter for my liking. Overall comfort was good on the ear side, but I did find it painful on top of the head. It wasn't too comfy for my head. My head is small and even so, it felt too tight at the top. I think it's a little too firm on the band. I'm sure this headset will be perfect for purely xbox players and using their phone. But I was focused on a Windows 10 headset as it is Microsoft. Will be picking up a different headset purely meant for gaming/discord. For $99 overall for the targeted market Can't beat it.

Great value for the money. Once you adjusted the EQ settings in the Configuration app and in the Dolby Access app, the sound is very good. Love the easy to use controls (turning the big dials on the headset to adjust the chat mix and volume). MS is continuing to improve the mic monitoring. Best value for $100.

Very cool start up/shut off sound ques. Customizable through the accessories app. Mic is okay, but not the best. Able to connect to Xbox and phone/pc simultaneously, very convienent.

Really good value headset for your Xbox consoles. Sound quality is strong; ease of use & setup is good. Super easy to use w/ dials on each ear for volume & game volume / chat volume. Not particularly the best choice if you intend on using this across multiples platforms (doesn’t play nicely w/ PS4)

The headset does its job, it struggles with some connectivity issues and sometimes gets frozen so I have to reset it, but overall it seems to perform to what it advertises.

I've struggled to find a good wireless headset for the Xbox. I've tried Turtle Beach headsets and they just kept breaking and didn't keep a good connection. This headset keeps a perfect connection and allows you to connect to your phone. I was able to chat on discord on my phone and play games at the same time.

Great headset,comfortable, has Bluetooth. For under 100 is what I got mine for. Best bang for my buck for my son's headset with a two year warranty.. Thank you Best Buy!

Easy to use, direct pairing, Xbox brand... so far good quality, This is our second pair, the first had issues with sound and mic quality. Perhaps this is a newer gen, time will tell! Comfortable on ears.

I actually love these headsets but they constantly disconnects. All wireless headsets have this issue, just read any of the negative reviews. They don't have anymore in stock so I had to return them and purchase a different headset. I may try these at a later date.

Headset 5 stars packaging 4 stars. Headset is loud!! I have a hearing problem but not with these headsets I love bass on my headphones I keep bass boost off yeah the bass is that good. They are so loud I can't even keep them at 100% volume. I have tried Many Many headsets they don't even come close to these beauty's. They are comfortable too. Don't hesitate buy them. So the package didn't come with a charger when it's supposed to. Reason for 4 stars. But I have many Type C charger's. I have a loud family with the microphone auto mute set to medium they don't pick up the loud background.

My first wireless headset and i love it. Theres no issues with the sound being off and the start up/shut off noises are a neat touch. I love how easy it is to adjust the sound mid-game

I use these headphones every time I play with my buddies. They work really well with the Xbox system and they’re decently affordable and sound good for their price.

Easily connects to my Xbox Series X console. Sounds great and the microphone works great. Also charges with a USB-C cable so we can use the same charging cables with our other phones.

I've had many headsets over the years for both my Xbox consoles and my pc. This one takes the cake! It was fairly priced and has all the features I was looking for!

This headset is unreal, the whole side turns for volume control making it beyond easy to use, no more searching for a little know and not knowing which one your adjusting. Best headset on the market. Only complaint is the noise cancellation works so well my son is always yelling because he can’t hear himself!!!
