They did charge quickly, and are dark in appearance. That I prefer for privacy. I did have to figure the operation of the radios which took some time.

The VOX didnt work at all as it picked up the sound of the ATV and was constantly transmitting from just one rider. Even though there is a sensitivity setting it didnt work as one radio was always transmitting. Would not buy again, will just try to find a bluetooth adapter for our helmets instead.

We found that the radio reach, especially in wooded areas, was subpar. After less than a mile between radios, the signal dropped off.
