Wow! I love this vacuum! It’s lightweight, quiet, and extremely easy to maneuver. I hesitated buying a canister vac because they are cumbersome. This is definitely not! I do not like stick vacs for various reasons, they are top heavy and they are not flexible. I also dislike bagless vacuums. With this vac, I can get under the beds and in tight spaces. It’s also very very easy to take up and down the stairs. I am in my sixties and this mighty thing is easy on my back. We have LVP floors and this vac is perfect.

Love, love love the Miele! Powerful and durable, wish we had purchased this a long time ago. Does a great job of cleaning, easy to use, easy to get at tight spaces. It is pricy, but you get Miele quality. Highly recommend.

I’m very happy with this vacuum. It’s very light weight and has all the necessary attachments. The suction is very good and it runs pretty quietly. Picks up well on both hard surfaces and carpets.

Love that it is light, easily handled, can reach many corners and tight spots because the head swivels around easily. It is a canister vacuum with a long-handle with detachable attachments for lots of cleaning use. Really so much better beyond the uprights. It cleans very well with great suction.

It has all sorts of settings. It has a retractable cord and did I mention that it sucks? It does! It sucks up everything. Also it’s rather quiet while it’s sucking up all the crumbs, dirt, dust bunnies, dust dinosaurs, dust zombies, dust vampires and dust monsters.

It is a really tiny and compact vacuum cleaner which I mainly bought to use on the second floor with less traffic, our first floor is full of dog fur who constantly sheds and a mess from a toddler so for this purpose I also have Miele but bigger in size. It s a nice vacuum but for lower traffic and in my opinion does not suit for animals fur clean up even if it does I would have to change the filter or dust bags pretty much often which would cost me a fortune. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not have a brash where the suction is, it is just a metal frame with a whole where the suction happens. I have to be careful all the time and not forget to switch from carpet to hard wood floors button otherwise it is easily to scratch and ruin the floor.

My beloved ElectroLux broke after 35 years, and I tried to replace it with a cheaper bagless vacuum that was noisy and created dust. After some research, I decided to invest in a Miele. The new canister vacuum is amazing! It is deceptively quiet, the attachments fit well, and cord tucks away neatly. When I vacuumed with the Miele, I realized how ineffecient the other vacuum had been, and my carpet was noticeably cleaner immediately. After a year with a bagless vacuum, I am delighted to have a vacuum with filter bags again that create no dust and keep the vacuum and the process of vacuuming clean. I am delighted with my new Miele and highly recommend it.

A lot of power in such a small compact unit. I am accustomed to Dyson products and they do have more power but this Miele has great suction. It’s slightly less heavy than the dyson I had but this one has a smaller footprint. The other Miele I had considered was the same one as this but about 4 pounds lighter. I chose this because it was $100 less. For now I can say good value for money.

It is Super light and quiet. Suction is great on both floors and carpets. Highly tecommend.

Absolutely LOVE this vacuum. I researched a lot to find a small one that would work well with my small apartment and got this when it came on sale. I heard that bagged vacuums are better than non so I figured I would try it. I could not be happier. It cleans EVERYTHING, even my couch cushions! The cord is super easy and retractable. It's small but does not take away from quality.

This vacuum is worth the price. Quiet and powerful. Light weight that makes it very convenient to use in every room.

We loved our first Miele compact C1 so much that we bought another one. Fantastic machine. Easy to carry and manoeuver. Cleans very well with strong suction. Quality product.

Pleased with this smaller, more compact Miele. Wished it had a better wood floor attachment but I bought a great one on Amazon for $17 (knockoff which fits perfectly). With that investment this is great. Can't crow about Best Buy. Took ages to find my in-store pickup. They would have sent me home without it if I hadn't insisted they try harder.
