This vacuum is lightweight and rather quiet. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought this vacuum because my old canister was over 10 years old and slowly stopped working. I’ve always wanted a Miele, so I splurged a little and bought this one. I’m so happy I did. It works great, it’s not too loud. Definitely a good investment.

My housekeeper asked us to get a new vacuum because our upright didn’t allow her to clean as well as she needed to. She actually picked this vacuum out for us, and she’s much happier. She wanted a good vacuum that wouldn’t kill us $$, but also let her get into all the corners, floor edges, and furniture. We have two dogs, a border collie and German Shepherd- they shed so much I’m surprised they still have fur to shed. Also, we live in a brand new house and our backyard won’t be completed until Halloween, so they track a TON of clay dirt into the house. And this vacuum got ALL of it.

has great suction very easy to use comes in black and the wand is very long for tall people

I was just sick and tired of the lame suction with the cordless vacs... This one is quiet and nearly sucks the paint off the walls. Also, the retractible cord works great?

this is a terrific vacuum cleaner, It is powerful, but the noise is minimal during use. Just love it. It also has a vacuum bag, and two filters to keep the air clean during use.

I have been a longtime user of Dyson and bought this hoping I would love it more since I was tired of the mess of a bagless vacuum. So glad I purchased! Super quiet and efficient!

OMG. This vac is the best gift that I could have ever give. My girlfriend cannot stop vacuuming. My old carpet looks new again because my girlfriend loves how the gentle hum of the vacuum cleaner when it is in curtain vacuum mode. The gift that keeps giving.

I must say myself, German engineers know how to do it. The power behind this vacuum is absolutely incredible and you will not regret buying it. Dont look at the price tag! I have owned these vacuums for years without any problems and very minimal maintenance!

Can’t really go wrong with Miele vacuums if this is the form factor you want. This is a great vacuum. It replaced my previous Miele which was also a great vacuum.

Surprisingly light and easy to maneuver compared to other vacuums I've used in the past. Excellent suction power. Would recommend.

After reading several reviews for canister vacuums, I decided to purchase this Miele vacuum. While the suction quality of the vacuum was good on both hardwood floor and low pile rugs, I felt that the overall quality of the vacuum felt cheap for a $300+ vacuum. The head which contained the beater brush as well as the other attachments were made of all plastic, including the clips that attach it to the metal pole. It seems like it will only be a matter of time before they crack. Even the metal pole felt cheap and lightweight. I am replacing a 10+ year Hoover vacuum which I paid only a fraction of the price of this one only because the area where you attach the pole to the head cracked and the head no longer stays on. The plastic and metal on my old vacuum felt to be much more substantial and heavy duty. I am debating whether I should just buy a replacement head for the old vacuum and return this Miele because like most other appliances these days, they are not built to stand the test of time.

This vacuum is great for an small apartment with hard floors and area rugs. Super light for cleaning furniture and after cats shedding.

We love this vacuum it works great for us. We have 4 dogs that all shed so we need a good vacuum. We broke two others in less than a year so we are giving this one a try. So far it is doing great.

If it's on the floor, the Meile hits it and it's gone. Does a great job on rugs, hardwood floors, walls, corners...everywhere. And it's so lightweight, it makes it easy doing stairs
