It has mobility issues but for hard floors its pretty good

This is a very quiet vacuum cleaner. I have mainly wood floors throughout the house and it works very well. I'm not sure if it will work great on carpet. I have a few rugs and it doesn't feel as the vacuum is very powerful when it comes to rugs. I have to do it several times before it looks clean. It has trouble picking up crumbs from rugs for instance. There are too many nozzles that I'm sure are great but I haven't had the chance to use them

Great vacuum, light weight and easy to move around. Excellent on medium pile carpet as well as hardwood flooring. Very good suction and access to dirt collecting bag.

We love this vacuum. From the super suction to the overall quality. I would have given it 5 stars but the cord should be 5' longer.

Excellent vacuum, you won't be disappointed. The motor is strong and quiet. It's lite weight but very strong. Great for floors.

Nice compact, light weight, strong suction. However, a little disappointed with the construction of the nozzle head, and maybe the cord can be a little longer. Overall, it is a good vacuum cleaner.

The first time I saw a friend. I thought that we need to buy in our house. It works very quietly, perfectly cleans the floors, sofas and shelves. Does not take much space. And a very convenient garbage bag. Thank you miele!!!

I really love my new vacuum. It is quiet yet it has a lot of power and is very light. I have used all of the attachments and they work very well. all in all I can recommend this vacuum.

This vacuum is gentle on wood floors and perfect for wool rugs. I have had other vacuums and have not been happy. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to maneuver. My only concern is getting new bags for the vacuum. It seems I have to order them on line.

Very happy with this vacuum. Needed something light enough to Carry and do stairs yet strong enough suction for carpet and cat hair.

Good and easy cleaning. The small vacuum makes it easy to reach narrow areas and it’s easy to stowaway.

Fantastic compact vacuum. We also have a Red Star which is bigger, heaver & a little more powerful but for a modest sized space this cant be beat. Miele makes high-quality products and this is no exception. The brush is air powered, not motorized (like the Red Star) but works well except on pile carpets. Not recommended for wall-to-wall carpet if you want a brush. Perfect for an apartment or small dwelling with hard surface floors. Highly recommended!!

This is way better than the Dyson upright it replaced. Way better. I wish I would of went with a canister vac years ago. It's easier on your back. The expert engineering is obvious. It's quiet, has great suction, and is easy too use on carpet or bare floors. Worth the price.

This vacuum works so well for our hardwood floors, outstanding suction power and the canister slides along easily! Excellent Purchase for Us!

Easy to use very nice and not heavy pretty good to clean blinds.

Love it. We are Miele fans. Our last Miele was the more expensive and much heavier version of this vacuum. I worried that the lower price meant lower quality, but this little machine is plenty powerful and a lot easier to manuever.

This specific model has a good combination of range due to its cord, flexibility due the attachments, and suction based on its motor. Miele vacuums have a history of being well made and long lasting, and this vacuum has been a work horse in the time since it was purchased. This was a purchase for my parents as they moved back into their home after damage, and my mother (in her mid-70s) uses it on carpets, heavy rugs, and hard floors.

I love Miele vacuums and I was excited about this one. It’s made well, easy to move around and access all corners, but for $500 I expect more than a stiff hardwood floor piece, which doesn’t even bend forward and then cleaning the turbo brush for carpets is too difficult. The fact that there is no piece that can be used on both carpet and hardwood floor and you have to switch the parts every time for each purpose was a big disappointment and I returned it. I bought a $299 Miele version instead and it perfectly gets the job done with the foot switch for carpet. Brand great, this model not thought through.

light weight to carry up 3 flights of stairs and -has good suction and combats cat fur quite well.
