    We had to return the 1st one because it wasn't working very well. Didn't exactly pickup or have suction. So we ordered a replacement. Not much improvement though.

    The worse performance ever. Hard to push. Poor quality wand and beater bar construction. Beater bar’s lack of performance will give you a real workout. Appearance of being lightweight is deceiving as it is too difficult to push the wand/beater bar on carpet as it did not want to glide at all. Vacuum bags are twice the price also.

    Vacuum showed up with the large attachment connecting piece broken. Best Buy was sold out of any replacement.

    We have had a Miele vacuum since the late '80s and it is still working great. We bought this for our beach house and found the suction power and construction to be inferior. It was very disappointing. We have never returned an item before felt but this was so disappointing.

    I had a Kenmore vacuum for 7 years. Worked great until the end. I researched this Miele, read the reviews and spent the money. NOT A GOOD DECISION. This thing barely cleans low carpet. It gets clogged with animal hair. I only have 1 dog (Aussie) and a cat. I’m constantly cleaning out the end of vacuum head. I really don’t get the hype. If you have animals BEWARE. Wish I could return it right now. But with Covid etc. it’s not worth the efforts.

    This is by far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased! So light weight and very powerful.The only thing negative I can say is I don’t like where the attachments are located. They don’t stay in place and the cord could be longer.
