Don't expect great things from this but it is very amusing while it lasts.

The main chapters of this game are great fun. Putting your own characters in really attaches you to the story as well. It's also way longer than you may be expecting from a Mii game. It also has amazing music. Definitely worth the buy.

Bought this for my sister and she loves it. She loved creating multiple casts of characters to send on their silly little adventures and has played multiple runs of the game. I played a run too and had a great time! By now the switch version came out, which is objectively just better and I would suggest that one if you have a switch, but this version is still great if you only have a 3DS.

Miitopia is an RPG that's a mix of Tomodochi Life and your stereotypical RPG. It's whacky and random, quirky and charming. The game does an amazing job of explaining the basics, which honestly aren't hard to grasp, and combat is pretty easy. The story is what you'd expect from a game about Miis, though honestly it's more interesting seeing Miis interact and build relationships that affect battles. The soundtrack is surprisingly amazing. I haven't finished the game yet, but it seems to be lengthy and well worth the $40.

If you are wanting to try before you buy there is an official demo of this game available on the 3DS eShop right now. If you played the Tomodachi Life game for 3DS and enjoyed the small RPG minigame within it and ever thought, "I wish they would build a full on game around that", well this game is for you. The gameplay is great and there are dozens of hours of gameplay within this game. Amiibo support is available for special costumes as well. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a new pickup and play RPG.

My daughter loves this game. As soon as she opened it, she has not stopped playing it. She enjoys the characters and the new scenery. She was waiting for this game a long time and she says it did not let her down!

Game is fun to play and can be funny, but can be repetitive

Not a deep game but fun never the less. It's really fun making miis of friends and family and using them in your party. Also lots of pre-made celebrity miis to play too. A little repetitive but still worth some play time.

I bought this game for my 9 year old daughter. My 12 year old son already had it and she immediately wanted one for her own. The game does not allow for any kind of cooperative play, you can only share your mii characters. That’s why I didn’t give it a full 5 stars. Graphics are all right. Do the job for a game of its type. Sound is okay. There seems to be a lot of things for them to do in this game. It’s an RPG where you create miis as characters. My son enjoys making versions of different people or video game characters. Go out and adventure. They are always laughing and having a good time when playing this and I think that’s the best measure of its quality.

This is a great rpg with many characters and features to keep you engrossed in the story. It's a must have be sure to get it now as it will be a holiday hit.

Although purchased for the grandchildren, it has also been enjoyed by their parents (and, should I admit that I, too, have played it?). Great fun for all!

My son was getting into creating Wii characters on our gaming system, so I thought this game for his DS3 would continue that interest. It engaged him in a long adventure with characters that he had created as well as ones he found that others had made. Early on he asked for parental help to get through some battles but in a short time he mastered it and I found this game increased his vocabulary with mythological creatures and different types of food. Overall I thought it was a great game that he can pick back up and play over and over again.

My 10 year old grand nephew wrote me a three page letter for school asking for this game - in order to have a Merry Christmas! He did! Loved it!

Not really played it myself since it was a gift, but sounds like its fun. Asked my family member how the game was, says its pretty fun as well.

My son love playing this game, he love creating characters. Fun Game!
