Received the item used but was supposed to be new (the same condition as one purchased elsewhere), but they tried to hide it by retaping over the broken tape seal. After inspecting it, aside from scratches and dirty screen, it seemed to function, so we set it up. It was in better condition than the other one from Amazon we received, also used. The bot does not have good voice recognition. Aside from "Hey Miko," it seems like it can't understand anything really. The free options are very limited and it is frustrating to use for a child around age 5. I don't trust a company that ships out used products and tries to hide it. We sent both back for a refund. They Christmas gifts too, which made it worse. Cannot recommend this product at all.
