I liked the product and how it worked, but unfortunately the stitching came apart on the third day. It was clear that the quality wasn't the best. I returned this product.

This is a painful reminder that not all products work as they say. I read online (not BestBuy website) that I had a 30 day window to return. In essence, I only had 14 days and it was passed that time frame. MIKO will not help either. I will NOT be any of their products.
