Great product and pretty small for the power it has. I like the multiple settings it has.

Didn’t notice any improvements in the air quality. The app is not working properly. Device itself is pretty noisy.

This product was unusable due to the app not working. Basically you try to add this product to the app and it appears for a moment before it disappears. Then nothing. On top of that the buttons being on the front make for a really hard time using and seeing this. Youll need to squat all the way down to the floor the even oress a button. No remote comes with this thing. I thought the aroma therapy would be cool but it basically also did nothing. No sensors for air quality. This thing is designed for looks not function.

Had to return it. Was hard to keep cover on filter. Hard to turn on. Quit using after a few days

Seems to work good and had decent features, the phone app is very buggy. Unable to keep it connected with the phone but it's not much of an inconvenience to adjust manually.

Rating: 0 / 5 I purchased two air purifiers on December 27th, but only one arrived. While shipping errors happen, the "service" that followed has been an absolute masterclass in how to create a detractor. As someone with over a decade of retail experience, I am well aware of the statistics: a brand that resolves a complaint quickly and empathetically often earns a more loyal customer than one who never had an issue. This company did the opposite. Throughout this entire process, I have been the one forced to reach out for updates. Instead of an apology or a small gesture of goodwill (like a gift card for the inconvenience), I was met with cold indifference. The most insulting part was the tone of the investigation. I was made to feel like a criminal while they "verified" the carrier’s mistake, as if I were trying to scam them out of a product I already paid for. Their ultimate "solution" was a take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum: wait another week or take a refund. There was zero attempt at a "service recovery." They didn't care about the inconvenience; they only cared about the bottom line. Because they chose to be "right" rather than be helpful, they have lost a customer for life. I will be sure to share this experience with my network so others can avoid the headache of a company that views its customers as a nuisance rather than an asset

The unit seems to work well. The reason for 3 stars is for the APP. It will not accept the units, no matter how many times I try. Save the extra money and get the non-WiFi unit.

I received an air purifier that did not work right out of the box... The filter button was non-functional, which prevented me from setting up the WiFi connectivity. I had a feeling this was just another cheap, low quality brand - Should have went with a brand I could trust!

Very easy to set up and use. I have 1 dog, 1 hamster, 4 fish, a frog and 2 kids and I no longer feel like I have to have a candle or incense burning.

Out-dated product, can no longer buy filters, there are aftermarket filter options that people claim fit but you can not find the correct filter model number and most say the closest one does not fit. I did not care about using the app but after coming to the reviews for help on replacing the filter realized my unit has disconnected itself from the app and I gave up on re-connecting it. Im going to try one of the closest replacement filter options and hope it works….will update review after.

this works great. keeps the dust down in my office. now I don't have to dust my scanner off every day .

Not the best. I was wondering why it was marked down. The trouble I’m having is getting it to stay connected. I have to repair it everytime I use it. 2/10
