Nice monitor, beautiful packaging. This was an impressive item as soon as you opened the box you knew it was a high quality product. plenty of extra screws, they thought of everything when it came to setting up your monitor. Nice that I can know if baby is breathing - without having to wrap their foot in anything.

I loved receiving this product because it's packaging is so cool! I feel like it's an apple product by how sleek it is! The monitor works great and we have it on a floating shelf above the crib. Super easy to install and the instructions were very well done.

Save your money. Have had it just over a year and nothing but issues connecting. It’s also a huge pain to have to log back into your app every time you want to view the camera unless you have an iPad to use as a monitor. Now the unit will not even power on and is two months past warranty. Not worth $400….They have software issues and it’s more stress than anything when it doesn’t work. Now we have an infant optics monitor and very simple and it always works. Don’t have to rely on Wi-Fi as well a software bugs when they do software updates.

The Miku Pro baby camera gives us a peace of mind that our baby is safe and sound! The video resolution is a perfect balance of high quality and low lag time. We love having every movement recorded in the activity tracker so we know exactly when he woke up and went to sleep. The app also helpfully tracks his sleep. So we don’t have time to check through the activity log. We have the app running 24/7 monitoring him from the kitchen. It gives us a great sense of comfort knowing that the live feed is reliable, accurate, and in real-time! There are other features that we love such as the built in white noise! Overall, we highly recommend the Miku Pro to parents with babies and even young kids!

Install and set up is a breeze. Instructions are simple and should take most 30 minutes or less. Shopping for our first baby monitor and this Miku checked all the boxes. Video quality is great. Connectivity and microphone is great. So viewing and listening on all devices looks and sounds good. Also tells you your babies oxygen levels and the temps true and humidity in the room. This item really does everything we need and then some. My wife and I are happy with this purchase.

We have tried two other monitors both of which systems would lose the picture,which is the most important reason we purchase a monitor to see our baby! Due to our daughter having reflux she spit up and chokes often so seeing her really helps! Extremely happy with the Miku Pro We are finally comfortable putting baby in her own crib and going to sleep in our own bed! The movement detector is my personal favorite feature! Every function works properly and i love the Convenience of having it right on my phone!

I have great peace of mind now that we moved my daughter out of her Snoo and into her nursery on another floor of our home. I love I can see she is still breathing because she likes to sleep on her tummy! She slept almost 12 HOURS the other night! The app is great and has really given me the confidence to get a good night sleep myself!

I would have saved a ton of time and money if I would’ve started here. Has all of the features and is BY FAR the most reliable. No issues connecting, loading, etc. And the resp function is accurate and really works.

We are extremely happy with the Miku Pro and the peace of mind if gives us with our newborn each time she goes down to sleep. It was very easy to install as they provided all of the tools that you needed, even a screwdriver! Would recommend this to all parents.

Great monitor, excellent camera. Had its initial glitches when first bought it but Miku has since fixed those. Also bought the floor stand directly from Miku which comes in handy.

This was a decent baby monitor until last month they pulled all functions. If you want to track sleep or respirations you have to pay a monthly fee. Basically it has the same functions as a 50-70 dollar monitor for 300+ dollars. Company went bankrupt and was sold. Don’t buy. Would love to return mine but past the return window. Company won’t refund anything and won’t respond

I have purchased a miku pro smart baby monitor , and i am happy with it , i love the quality and the features , it’s really recommend for all baby ages

This was a solid, not great, product when initially purchased last year. We bought it in particular because of the breathing monitoring. It was a very good feature that even helped us detect when our son had COVID due to his erratic breathing. However, recently MIKU filed for bankruptcy and a new company took ownership that is charging a monthly premium for the basic software features that were free when we bought this. We would NOT have bought at the time if the breathing monitoring is not included. This is now just a basic security camera. For the price, you are far better off buying a basic camera that costs a fourth or eighth of the price.

So far so good. Have had it for only a couple of weeks.

The connection drops off and on all night Would NOT recommend! Over priced and doesn’t work steady even with a great WiFi connection!

So far i havent really used it at its best, but the app and the product seem very eficient and easy to use. High technology and nice quality.

Bought this for my daughter so we are all able to monitor my grandbaby. They have not been able to mount it so haven't used it to it's full capacity but my daughter says she likes it.

Good idea but bad execution. The camera has some serious flaws: it updates randomly and is offline for 10 minutes or more at a time, the alarm goes off stating “no movement detected” sometimes when baby is removed from crib, other times when baby is removed from crib the monitor alerts the baby is sleeping. It doesn’t seem very accurate and it being Wi-Fi disconnects often. Not to mention the stories of people hacking into Wi-Fi monitors to watch your child.
