It come assembled, which I like, but the layout isn't ideal for where I need it to be, and I find the compartments to be smaller than expected.

No more going one place for the cup, another for the napkin, and another for the cream and sugar.

The packaging looked as if it had already been opened. There were scratches all over. I decided to return it. I also did not like the build quality. It was not as solid as I was led to believe from other reviews.
