    Trying to get these mine coins into the Xbox account is a ridiculous joke and I’ve spent nearly 4 hours trying to accomplish that. I can’t believe how hard Microsoft and Minecraft make this and Best Buy shouldn’t be selling these mine coins as it’s next to impossible to get them applied. I’ve been working in IT for over 25 years and never seen such a ridiculous method to get these applied. The directions that are mailed to you on the email after you purchase them or incorrect as well.

    Sent grand kid the email and the product download number but he has been unable to retrieve the coins.

    I purchased this for my sons Switch only looking at the main description. After trying to redeem it I realized it is only for the x box. I contacted customer service and they informed me it is non returnable
