Great price for a Ds game. Not sure why it can only be played on “new” versions of the DS but the kids love it. Much like the console version.

Love this game for my kids.Its a game about building stuff from scratch with your imagination. Its appropriate for all ages too.If you have never played it,it's just like playing legos on a video game.Best Buy was the only store that had this for real and not just on back order.Lucky for me they also had the new 2ds xl too because Minecraft 3ds want play on older 3ds systems,only new 2ds xl or 3ds xl made last year.Im writing this review 12/28/2019.Hope this helps.

my daughter just love this game, the graphics are great on the 3DS she can't put it down

I wish my son could have used this game on his regular 3ds, but its only made for the "New" 3ds which is not compatible Probably is a great game since my son already loves Minecraft.

The game itself is fun because my daughter loves playing this game. She has Minecraft almost on every device, unfortunately I found out that it does not play on 2DS and unfortunately it doesn’t work on that system. However my daughter was not upset by it. I should have done further research on it, but I did not just saw it was Minecraft.

Kids love minecraft, one of their electronic outlets I don't mind since it lets them be so creative. Compared to the xbox version the controls seem a bit harder then they should be, but I'm sure that will be overcome in time.

Since Fantasy Life, this is the best open world game to come to this system. It’s a small version of minecraft, but still has everything you love on the full additions.

Have to say make sure you have the most recent version of the 3ds or it won’t play. My little guy is obsessed.

Seems like a great game if they would make it for the 2DS

Minecraft for the Nintendo 3DS is like mini unlimited world that fits in your pocket. It includes 5 skin packs and 2 texture packs. This is electronic lego.

Minecraft has become a pop culture. It finally landed on 3DS despite lacking features. The gameplay holds up on Nintendo 3DS - mine, craft, build. The bottom screen of the 3DS makes inventory more accessible. And the recent update supports local 2 player co-op. Hopefully online soon. My household owns so many Minecraft games. This is a great addition. Great buy!

This nephew can't get his fill of Minecraft. This finally frees up the tablet for some very important Netflix viewing.

Minecraft is one of the greatest games, and in 3d...it's even greater. Creativity and imaginations are endless.

Got this for my nephew he loves the series and this fits right in with the rest of the quality in the series.

My son loves the game he has it on his Wii u too can't stop playing it

We had to purchase a second copy of this for our eldest daughter because the one copy was getting switched back and forth between their 3DS consoles. Have yet to hear a complaint from either child!
