I really recommend this game, it is really addictive, love to play alone, and with my nephews, an absolutely must buy video game, you'll never get bored, its really cool

My family members love the Minecraft game because you can play with multiple players and it’s very entertaining.

I have a five year old and a six year old- there are not many age appropriate games for them to play on the PS4. This game isn’t just fun for them though, it’s good for their brains and they just love it.

Everything is good except graphic is not so impressive.

My kids (and I) really enjoy playing this together. I've played this game on PC since before most people had even heard about it. The game play is very simple, but the simplicity is what makes this game so versatile and engaging. I was very surprised how well it ported over to a controller. Everything feels pretty natural except I keep accidentally throwing my items down...I'll get used to it. My only real complaint, which I consider it a pretty big deal since I play with my 3 boys under the age of 9, is you can't get the coordinates of your locations without first having a map. It takes some time and resources to create a map and when you die, you lose it. So if one of the boys gets lost in the game or can't find where I'm at, I don't have any good way of getting them to me. The PC version does not have this restriction. I really don't know why they introduced it in the console versions. I still highly recommend this game. Let your kids' (and your) imaginations run wild!

Fun game hours of entertainment good graphics and reasonably priced

My girlfriend and i have spent many hours in this game together building castles and villages time and time again we have even gone further and purchased special skins for the worlds... we have a blast building and laughing together... this is the closest thing to Legos for adults that you can get i highly recommend this game!!!

My son insisted on using his birthday money on this game because he played it at a friends and loved it. He is young so safe to say fun for all ages as he has pulled me in to play a few times. Recommend and at a great price point.

My kid loves this game. It's a great way to introduce elements and real word materials to a kid in an interesting way. If your on the fence, buy it. He or She will love this game.

My boys have had so much fun playing this game. They like that they can play together. Their visual/spatial recognition has greatly improved since playing this game. They have the ability to be very creative.

Purchased the game for my child who plays minecraft on the xbox 360. She says the graphics are a bit better and the ease of the control makes it better to play the game. The price was great too.

If you don't know what to get for your kid or want something laid back, this is the game to pick up. If you enjoy building, farming, and venturing around this is the game to play.

This game has so many settings it's great for my son to be able to just explore and build stuff. He's learning a lot through it and it's very entertaining.

Bought this for a friend who owns a PS4. Have it on the PS3 and Xbox One myself. Fun and addictive building/adventure game for all ages. It's Minecraft, what's not to love!

My sons are big Minecraft fans and love this game. Get online and play with their friends, have a blast. Now they need their own set up so the don't hog up the family room tv as much.

This is actually not a game as you play yourself. I bought it for my 10 year old granddaughter who is a minecraft fanatic. She loves it. SHe can play on it for hours. After watching her do it all I have great respect for her. It is not always easy to figure things out but she explores and delves into the game and gets done what she wants to get done. She has to use her brain a lot which is why I especially like it. Kids have to put a lot into building and creating things. WHat tools does she need..how to get them...It is amazing to watch. I picture her playing with this for years building her "worlds"

In my household there are 5 of us playing at once almost everyday. We like to build different types of house in each region. And last but not least mining for resources!!!

My kids absolutely love Minecraft. So, I'm thrilled that Mojang has created versions of this game for the various consoles including the Playstation 4. In general, Minecraft is a great way to unlock creativity and to teach planning skills. While the graphics are simple, the world that you can explore is vast and varied with many different types of resources to utilize to create buildings, clothing, weaponry, grow food, raise animals, and on and on. Minecraft is one of those games that is fun for all ages, and I highly recommend the game.
