I bought my niece this game for Christmas and she loves it! It's a great game for the kids in your family. It was cool to see her build things and have fun playing the game.

I would give this game a lower rating due to it's lack of the Better Together update but that wouldn't be fair since it isn't the game's fault. Still, there are better ways to play Minecraft where you can get more frequent updates.

i bought it for my nephew and he told me he enjoys it alot. You have to play with other people he suggested.... best buy gamers discount pays for itself... cant complain

My son wanted this so he can play with a friend across the city. Still learning,easy to use. Not expensive and kids that no longer see each other as often can get together and still and communicate.

I have heard good things about Minecraft. It's really a good game for my 5 year old son. It's so good and interactive that I have now lost all know control of my PlayStation. He carries the game in the case around with him like it's his own kid. Oh yeah, takes it in the bathroom too. Gotta go? Best believe minecraft is in there staring at you. I do like the game. I have no clue how he does half the things in the game, but more power to you buddy. Thanks Minecraft... Can you send me a new PS4? Mines been taken over by an addicted 5 year old boy. We own many versions of Minecraft and the PS4 version definitely holds its own. Smooth graphics and extra items to build with make this a must own for any fan.

My son loves this game and would play it for hours if I let him. Graphics are very basic and don't use any of the PS4 power, but sometimes it's ok to go back to the basics.

My son needed it for his play station 4 even though he had it for his PlayStation 3. This way they can have friends over and play in 2 rooms.

Bought this for my son to replace the PS3 version. He loves it. I need to get more PS4 controllers though. The multiplayer aspect of this game is great.

The beloved Minecraft. My 5 year old is obsessed with building in this blocky pixelated world just like many other kids. I still haven't truly embraced this title nor do I understand its allure but people who like it love it. Great buy for families.

Got this for my youngest, he loves it. He loves minecraft on PC but couldn't play it when I had to work so this was a great compromise. It is also splitscreen compatible so we can play together which is great. Very few titles are good for splitscreen or couch coop anymore. If it weren't for that I'm sure he would still rate it 5 stars but for me it would only be a 3 or 4, being able to play together on the same console and screen is a huge plus in my opinion!

My kid loves Minecraft and plays it for hours, if you let him. Learns to work with others to complete quests and build things. Great for rainy days

The game is a great one for the family. Kids are able to play it without adult supervision. Even adults can play the game without any prior play.

I play this with my son all the time & we both have a blast. A great creative game for all to enjoy. Actually bought this copy as a gift.
