Not only was it cheaper than the "generic" model of the same device, it kept the beautiful feel known by Microsoft. It worked perfectly, it was perfect size, and it came ina box that works perfectly as a carrying case when stuffing it into my backpack.

The side by side frig is good but the freezer turned out to be a bit narrow. However, the fit for the space is just right. Overall purchase was good. I will recommend the product.

This item is just what I needed to hook my laptop up to my desktop monitor for bigger viewing and work. The most difficult thing to do, is to unhook and rehook the cable from the back of the computer. The cable works great!

This is a great device for those that use their SP4 at work or home. It has one connection to your SP4, thus you can leaver your power adapter in your bag. It gives you all the ports that you need. Highly recommend.

I was looking to connect my Surface to an older VGA Monitor and for use when traveling to connect to a projector. I haven't had any issues with this adapter to this point. Recommended.

I am a student tutor in a graduate program. The projector systems I work with use the VGA connection and this allows me to use my Surface Pro to present my lectures smoothly.

A must have product if you are using an older projector with your Surface. It adds the VGA port that Microsoft left off of the Surface. I chose the Microsoft brand over other 3rd party products to insure compatibility with my system. The fact that it cost less by a few dollars didn't hurt either. Have used it three times now without problems. Just plugged it in and it worked the first time. The product was not available in the store, however the store associate was very helpful in getting it ordered and sent directly to my home and arrived in two days (I could have had it shipped to the store). I highly recommend it and Best Buy

A simple functional adapter that allows me to project my work that I have done on Surface Book to the projectors for presentation and meetings at work. Great accessory to have!

While VGA may be moving towards HDMI, it is still handy having one these around when you need it. Whether in the board room or classroom, this is a lifesaver when needed.
