    This wireless adapter does what it’s meant to do. The only thing is the lag when you’re watching a video but I’m pretty sure all wireless Bluetooth/WiFi adapters do that. Other than that I love it.

    The item stopped working after a few months. I tried contacting Best Buy, but they only provided the manufacturer’s or seller’s contact number. I have a one-year warranty, so I reached out to the seller, but they haven’t returned my call yet. Best Buy’s support was also terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

    At first the connection was fine, but after about 30 minutes there was a problem. It started to work sometimes and not sometimes.

    It did not work in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. I spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Nothing! I returned it.

    The wireless adapter connectivity does not function properly. Sometimes it will connect and sometimes it will not for several days.
