    Purchased this before they were bought out by TMobile, and the customer service has gone straight downhill. Don't waste your time with this company when you have better options out there.

    Mint Mobile Team Rep, Since Best Buy gave no indication (not even on the production images) of the need to activate service within 45 days the little note on the back of your packaging came as a surprise. This SIM says I have until 10/15/2024 and my current service live for months more than those 45 days. Which is true?

    I like Mint mobile. Service can be spotty in some areas but overall I’ve had a positive experience on Mint. They have great promotions and prices. Port-in was simple. I also got a new sim and set up a new number very easily.

    If I could give a '-star', I would, Mint is only interested in grabbing your money, that is where the customer service stops (at least that is what I went through). I accidentally tried to activate a phone that was still locked to another carrier, so had to port my number from Mint within the same day (didn't even get to make a single call or data/texts etc.). When I contacted them back to see if I could use the SIM/6months service package on another phone, they flatly refused. I even said I can pay for a new SIM, just let me reuse my unused (remaining) 4-5 months, answer was flatly 'NO'!

    Purchased Buy 3 Get 3 months promotion for new customer (new phone #) and Mint Mobile never applied promotion. Happened on 2 accounts. Contacted MintMobile on numerous occasions, Mint said to follow up with BestBuy and BestBuy said to follow up with Mint.

    Make sure that you are a new customer when purchasing this. Both Mint and Best buy made it impossible for me to use this. Now I am out of $210 and I have a SIM card that I cannot use

    You cannot load the time from this card onto your phone. You can only install a new sim card when your time runs out on your current contract. Do not bother buying these even though they seem to be a bargain.

    this was my second card the store ordered for me because the first was expired in 2022 surprise when the second came in it was also expired
