With cheap access to mintmobile unlimited plan, i managed to make it through my first couple months on my own without my parents, that in and of itself was more than enough for me to rate this product highly.

I recently purchased a Mint Mobile eSIM from Best Buy and it has been nothing short of a complete disaster. The SIM simply won't activate, and Mint Mobile's support can't assist because the purchase wasn't made directly through them.
To make matters worse, Best Buy's customer service has been absolutely abysmal. I've called multiple times only to have them disconnect the call before offering any solutions. Even visiting the store in person proved futile.
Save yourself the time, frustration, and headache – DO NOT buy eSIMs from Best Buy. Their lack of support and unhelpful customer service make it a completely unreliable option.

I still never had an access to the esim it’s not activated yet and I contact the Customer Service Department but it seems they keep posting me about the issue and sending me from one Agent to another.

Never buying from bestbuy again. Customer service response is worst, they lack knowledge about the products/services they are selling themselves. WASTED MY MONEY on this. I would love ZERO stars if I was could have.

Living in Clifton NJ. I wanted to buy something cheaper. But everything is perfect. Don't worry about the internet or call quality there is no differences with the big carriers.

My package was delivered in 30hours after my order was place, I try to place same order to my spouse and niece, it kept on getting declined idk
I chart with the customer service desk to help me with the order and it sucks really can’t do anything about it

After 2 days of digging and chatting with customer support for my old carrier, mint, and best buy, I found out it is best buy's fault this product doesn't work properly. Best buy advertizes this product as eSIM which is in the name, but this DOES NOT include the proper eSIM activation information. You will need a QR code or a long complicated activation code - mine was 20+ digits long. Best buy does NOT provide this code with this product, you will need either a physical SIM or you will need to purchase an eSIM from mint directly for proper activation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After years of overspending on a phone bill. I stumbled upon this plan and will never look back to contracts and hidden fees. Service is actually better than expected 10/10 recommend.

I accidentally purchased the wrong type of plan for my phone and received no help from Bestbuy or Mint. Now I am stuck with a 3 month plan that is completely useless to me. I’m sure the plan is fine as I have been pleased with previous Mint plans. But thumbs down on Bestbuy customer service.

I purchased this card and it gave me an opportunity to add my phone number for the 90 day unlimited plan. They denied me to exchange my business line that Mint held, prior: I then tried to activate another number, or any number and was denied access. No benefit from this purchase. Past 90 day return.

Same issue with inproper redeem code from BestBuy, like others have. BestBuy support cannot help, Mint support either. Basically throwing money to a trash bin
