Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PAID $ For 15GB a Month for FULL YEAR, getting EDGE or GSM connections like it's the 1990s. 5G just long enough to switch to 4G LTE, then drops to EDGE, then Nothing. Max download is 100MB, so no videos, difficult to send / receive emails & texts. MINT = Zero Support, blames it on T-Mobile, which is actually the towers MINT rents - and T-Mobile says, tough Luck, dump mint & get T-Mobile ! (Which I will never do, because of how T-Mobile behaves toward mint customers.

Doesn't get delivered instantly as promised

Turns out Best Buy means 24 - 48 hours, when they say something is instantly delivered, and are completely unwilling to resolve the issue over support. Talked to 4 different people and kept getting redirected, only to end up cancelling the order - which was also a process in itself. Spent more than an hour trying to resolve this issue with the support. Definitely not buying with Best Buy again.
